This is a very lovely accommodation for a jumping off point for pilgrims embarking upon the Camino to Santiago de Compestela. Staff were well spoken and helpful; room was very clean and had all the amenities we would not be seeing for two weeks. Breakfast was a bit fast and furious in that tour buses take their folks here so... More

We spent two nights here during feria and would be happy to return next year. Although the whole hotel looks a little shabby and tired the comfort and daily cleanliness are good. It is only five minutes or so to walk to the bullring in one direction and less than ten to walk to the old quarter and the cathedral... More

Have been waiting over 2 hours for someone fix tv. Probably the same person who is trying to fix A/C and its a hot day. Think goodness we did`t pay to much, but still should have gone somewhere else and paid it bit more. The hotel is quite outdate with tv`s from 1980`s (that don`t work) as well as the... More

Very nice hotel with really nice people on the reception desk. Room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The hotel was opposite el corte ingles. The parking was a little confusing but easy to find. Leon is lovely but please do watch for people just crossing the roads without looking. The hotel had free wifi and the... More

The hotel is located opposite El Corte Inglés, so very convenient to pop over to do some quick shopping. The rooms are average, but the walls are paper thin, so I could hear everything my neighbour said! Quite annoing! The wi-fi is so and so, it work on my phone, but not on my pad! The breakfast was ok.

This hotel is well located in the center of the city. Leon is not a big town anyway, so everything is relatively close to the center of the city. Room was OK although the shower was pretty old and was not functioning very well. The worst, however, was the wifi. Very limited and slow. Only web browsing allowed. All other... More

We booked day before and managed two nights for £100. Whilst not expecting too much we were pleasantly surprised with good facilities and attentive staff. Car parking in basement very convenient and not as expensive as other towns in Spain. We originally were allocated a double room but when we could not operate the safe (it was faulty) the reception... More

We stayed here for one night at the start of our recent trip to Spain. We'd stayed in another hotel round the corner the last time we visited Leon, so we knew the area reasonably well. It's about a 15 minute walk from the bus station and right opposite El Corte Ingles, but about a 15/20 minute walk from the... More

Hotel Silken Luis de León is a centrally located option w/ big rooms. We stayed one night w/ a large group of university students (50 total) and the experience was 'fine'. It is more of a 3 than 4 star hotel when you consider the dated carpet, the spotty wifi and stuffy rooms. For the most part, the staff attended... More

Only stayed here one night while traveling through northern Spain. Big room, very clean. Old bathtub and No hot water!!! Restaurant staff saved the place for me as they were very solicitous and accommodating! Very nice location, easy walking distance to sights in Old City.
