Apart from the many problems related on the Holiday City website I was charged double for the privilege of staying at this hotel. I paid on leaving, but found another £98 had been taken out for a date in September 2007, when I was not even in Spain. This extra payment occurred in my February 2008 statement. Holiday City have failed to make any effort to remedy the problem and still have the hotel on their website. more
