Well situated near the Cathedral, with a clean, spacious room. The welcome we received was warm and informative. Our river-view room was very quiet. The receptionist offered us a room with a big soaker tub as she noticed our obvious Camino garb and backpacks. Wifi worked very well. I'm not a fan of frosted bathroom doors and this one was... This was the most disappointing Marriott stay we've ever had. The hotel was well located and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful but the design of the hotel room was poor. It was obviously designed for splash and style and not for traveler comfort or function. The bathroom door afforded very little privacy as there were substantial... More

We were in Burgos and trying to get away from the cold. We got to Meson de los Infantes and after we were seated I started reading the reviews and got worried. I was surprised, we ordered lentil soup which was great! The mediterranean salad was good tasting as well. For second course we got lamb chops, chicken thights and... More

We stayed here 2 nights and then tried Meson El Cid for 2 nights. Both had very nice staff. El Cid has knock out views, but I liked the AC more. Bed was bigger and better. Room was modern and clean. Location is a short walk to the Cathedral. The room had a nice view of the river.

This is one of my favorite hotels from among the nine hotels we were billeted during the 17 days of our Marian pilgrimage. Modern, well maintained facilities, staff are helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast provided a good selection of fresh fruits. Loved this hotel not just for its location but because of its superior customer service.

location, staff and facilities superb! The hotel is very modern, the rooms are spacious with all the latest gadgets. We stayed with the familiy for two nights during easter, unfortunantely our baby got sick and the hotel staff were constanly asking if we needed anything and facilitating our stay. Thank you. The location is also teh best part, walking distance... More

We arrived on Epiphany aka Wise men or Reyes Magos no Bus from Santillana. This hotel is walking distance from Burgos Bus depot. The hotel is also a few steps from the jewel of Burgos, its Cathedral.Upon arrival the front desk person was very prompt, helpfull and courteous. The lobby area is very modern. The rooms are superb, well designed,... More

The hotel was in a good location not far from the Cathedral and a short walk from shops and restaurants but our first experience was the problem of getting our car into the underground garage! It was a nightmare. The reception staff were unhelpful, we were given our room key but not given any helpful information - we even had... More

Dear Customer, One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service. While it was a pleasure having you here as our guest, feeling it so much, I can not agree with your feedback regarding the service. As you could remember, it was me who assisted you personally to park your car inside the... More

When we booked a hotel while walking the Camino we never could be sure if the location was good or not. We hit the jackpot with this one. Burgos is a beautiful city and this hotel is in the middle of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the windows opened to allow for breezes and the staff were helpful.... More

Lovely place to stay in the city. While on the camino we stayed here. It's a bit far into the town but it is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are lovely a spacious and the staff are lovely. It is very central and close to the Cathedral. The breakfast was lovely and the beds where very comfortable.
