We had a nice room with a big window that could open wide. We had room 102, so the view was limited by the trees lining the hotel. Is it very near the Cathedral, a big monument. We ate in the city but had breakfast in the hotel. This was not excellent. What struck us that the tables were very... More

The hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms have space enough. The locations is perfect, nolo 2 minutes walk from the old city. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was the garage. There was almost no space to turn the car and we didn't have a big car.

Initially we intended to do a quick stop in Burgos but after touring the chapel we noticed the crowds building, the little tapa and beer guys set up in all the various squares plus giant stage setups, we decided to stay the night and within 150m from the Cathedral square found this clean, spacious hotel. Modern interiors & comfy king... More

Love the location. So central. A stone's throw from the Arco, Catedral and further down, the Plaza Mayor. Rooms are nicely appointed, windows open up to great views of the lovely tree-lined streets of Burgos and the service is impeccable.

We stayed for 2 nights in June. The hotel is well positioned for the old town and literally 2 minutes walk from the cathedral. Rooms are a good size and very clean and the aircon works well (which we were very grateful for). We arrived early (10.30am) but there were able to juggle some rooms around to allow us access... The front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an old building and it is quite surprising when you see how modern the interior is. It is quite stunning. It is a great location and our superior room faced the river and was quiet. Our room was a good size and was nicely decorated. Even though it was... More

Well situated near the Cathedral, with a clean, spacious room. The welcome we received was warm and informative. Our river-view room was very quiet. The receptionist offered us a room with a big soaker tub as she noticed our obvious Camino garb and backpacks. Wifi worked very well. I'm not a fan of frosted bathroom doors and this one was... This was the most disappointing Marriott stay we've ever had. The hotel was well located and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful but the design of the hotel room was poor. It was obviously designed for splash and style and not for traveler comfort or function. The bathroom door afforded very little privacy as there were substantial... More

We were in Burgos and trying to get away from the cold. We got to Meson de los Infantes and after we were seated I started reading the reviews and got worried. I was surprised, we ordered lentil soup which was great! The mediterranean salad was good tasting as well. For second course we got lamb chops, chicken thights and... More

We stayed here 2 nights and then tried Meson El Cid for 2 nights. Both had very nice staff. El Cid has knock out views, but I liked the AC more. Bed was bigger and better. Room was modern and clean. Location is a short walk to the Cathedral. The room had a nice view of the river.
