We arrived on Epiphany aka Wise men or Reyes Magos no Bus from Santillana. This hotel is walking distance from Burgos Bus depot. The hotel is also a few steps from the jewel of Burgos, its Cathedral.Upon arrival the front desk person was very prompt, helpfull and courteous. The lobby area is very modern. The rooms are superb, well designed,... More

The hotel was in a good location not far from the Cathedral and a short walk from shops and restaurants but our first experience was the problem of getting our car into the underground garage! It was a nightmare. The reception staff were unhelpful, we were given our room key but not given any helpful information - we even had... More

Dear Customer, One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service. While it was a pleasure having you here as our guest, feeling it so much, I can not agree with your feedback regarding the service. As you could remember, it was me who assisted you personally to park your car inside the... More

When we booked a hotel while walking the Camino we never could be sure if the location was good or not. We hit the jackpot with this one. Burgos is a beautiful city and this hotel is in the middle of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the windows opened to allow for breezes and the staff were helpful.... More

Lovely place to stay in the city. While on the camino we stayed here. It's a bit far into the town but it is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are lovely a spacious and the staff are lovely. It is very central and close to the Cathedral. The breakfast was lovely and the beds where very comfortable.

The location doesn't get any better. The breakfast is ok but not up to parador standards by comparison. The parking is challenging. We had a BMW 4 series. So not to big. the first turn down the parking garage on the first day, we almost didn't make it. We had to backup but the cement at that turn was slick... More

The hotel is extremely well located, steps from the cathedral and right on the river esplanade (Paseo del Espolón). As others have noted the building was built in the late 19th century and completely gutted into a modern hotel, which is to say that it is new and clean. The pros stop here. The mattresses were rather flimsy. The wifi... More

Five minutes walk from the Burgos cathedral in a quiet area, on the walkway along the river. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very modern and spotlessly clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Underground parking is very tight and 17euros extra.

Central location, own parking (not free), nice staff, clean rooms with good bathrooms. Did not have an evening meal there because there are loads of places to eat in the centre of Burgos. Good price. Coffee and tea available downstairs out of hours.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in this hotel in this lovely, ancient city. It is located in an early 20th Century building by the river sensitively restored with EU funding. It is one minute walk from the magnificent Burgos cathedral and so also close to a range of pretty good restaurants. It faces a quiet street. The... More
