This hotel is located at the edge of the motorway along the E80/AP1 outside of Burgos. Its a good hotel, the food is adequate and the rooms were very clean, good bedlinen and the room served the purpose. You get what you pay for ! I had read a review of the noise from the motorway, we were at the... More

We arrived around 9:45pm and were booked in quite quickly. Having been lost after getting off the ferry in Santander we were ready for a drink and meal. There was no food at the hotel and bar closed (it was last time we stayed) We knew a few bars quite close and we had ate at these before. We found... More

I stayed there for only one night but i really appreciated this place. Located at 15min by foot from the city center, this hotel is quiet and the staff is really nice. Room is big enough and the bathroom is really amazing ! Clean and luminous i spent a really good night. Breakfast is good enough and you will be... More

Pleasant reception. Clean in room and bathroom. Garage for parking. 15 to 20 mins walk to plaza major. Public area and reception and hallways and lifts look tired. No way a four star hotel. Did t eat here but the room service despite speaking in Spanish got it all wrong!!!..nevermind pleasant service... Would try somewhere else with parking next time.

A great location at the entrance to the city, yet only a kilometre from the medieval centre, The reception service was speedy and helpful-he happily translated the menu to English for us. The hotel is 11 stories high, but has 3 lifts, so it is not too much of a problem. The room was comfortable, well furnished and quite a... More

Pros: decent price, great customer service (they changed our room promptly when we had a leak and incense smell in the room AND they mailed me back an item that i had left behind at the hotel) Cons: while the hotel is clean, hotel definitely needs some fixing/updating/deep cleaning; the hotel is not right in the city center but is... The location of the hotel is fine – easy to find, bit outside of the centre. Parking garage at the back of the hotel. Breakfast in hotel cellar – perhaps not the nicest location, but the breakfast is good. The restaurant of this international hotel has the menu in Spanish and Spanish only. The waitress speaks Spanish only and has... More

Arrived after a long drive from Andalucia. Room was big, clean, quiet and modern (I guess we got a refurbs looking at other reviews and we were at the back). Large clean modern bathroom, free wifi - everything we needed for a clean up and peaceful night before setting off for France. We stayed at several hotels on our road... More
