This hotel is brilliantly located: just a few minutes walk to the cathedral/ medieval gate/ river in beautiful Burgos, possibly the loveliest town we visited in our tour of Spain. We were staying half board: our dinner was pork/ egg soup (as a vegetarian, i was impressed that I got some nice lemony artichokes). Then salad and trout, followed by... More

Like other European hotels I've been to, this one is no exception. No microwave and no coffemaker. In this particular hotel, I slept for only 4 hours despite going to bed early in the evening. I find the bed and linens uncomfortable. I can also hear whenever somebody flushes the toilet or use the tap. Maybe the walls are thin.... More

Just a short trip to Burgos, but really impressed. Convenient hotel, walking distance to old town. Comfortable room with views over the cathedral. Stunning decoration throughout a classy hotel. Classical room with a well supplied bathroom. Restaurant had a very reasonable menu if eating in. Recommended!

We stayed for one nigh only on our way to Portugal and we where glad of the choice. Good value for money and the location was ideal for the city centre. Car parking underground was a good find due to loads of goodies in the car.

We stayed here for 1 night when we were passing through burgos. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night. Well location wise, it was walking distance from the cathedral and there were several convenience stores and bakeries nearby. The staff were also very pleasant and friendly. But unfortunately the hotel is pretty old. They tried to renovate it and... More

Stayed there on a tour for one night....thank goodness only the one night as it was appalling ...the air conditioner barley puffed out its air hotter on the inside than out.. Beds and pillows hard as rock ...old and worn out hotel and who ever gave it a four star needs their heads examined!! I'd barely rate at a 2....rudest... More

We have stayed at this hotel before 2 years ago and the hotel has kept its character and cleanliness. Friendly front of house staff. Lovely rooms, spacious and modern. The bar in the hotel is ok, but had to keep waiting for someone to serve us. Beds were a little hard but found that all hotel beds in spain tend... More

Good location! Nice facility with clean and comfortable rooms. The buffet was tasty to accommodate many nationalities that were staying at the hotel. Good bathroom and shower. with lots of hot water for a good shower. Everyone was friendly, specially Diego, at the front desk. He was very helpful, polite and seem to be very upbeat! I was very pleased with... More

I really liked this hotel. It may not be so renowned as the AC and the NH in central Burgos, but it's just as well located, it has its own underground car-park, and my room was beautiful, clean and well appointed, and also very quiet despite its view over the main road. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast... More

This hotel has a great location walking distance to the town of Burgos and one of its major attractions is the Cathedral. It has shops and good restaurants nearby. It is a small, cozy and clean hotel. Their staff is friendly.
