The location is perfect, right across from the cathedral. The staff was very helpful. They contacted a taxi company for me so I could go out to Santo Domingo to tour the cloisters and hear the Vesper service. They have free Internet available in the lobby. Stayed here en route from south of Spain to uk. Friends had recommended seeing the cathedral. The hotel was ideally situated our room had a fantastic outlook to the cathedral. The location and views from our bedroom window were absolutely fantastic, the building is lovely and the buzz of being right in the centre of things was amazing. Bedroom/bathroom fine. Breakfast very average and coffee undrinkable. Some reception staff were offhand and surly. More

This was the second time we have stayed here, originally cosing it because of the excellent location and returning because of the fantastically friendly staff and being great value for money. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. If we return to Burgos we will definitely stay here again. More

Stayed here after a long hot day on the Camino trail. It was like an oasis-- right on the trail, steps from the Cathedral! The hotel has fairly basic rooms, but clean and of a decent size. The attached restaurant was excellent and had dishes that allowed me to eat very well, despite my allergies and vegetarianism. Would definitely recommend! More
