Small but very comfy and quiet, non smoking room just a few minutes' walk from all main tourist sites and Camino Santiago. Helpful friendly management. terrific beds and shower. Plenty of hot water. Definitely would return! And am recommending to other pilgrims needing a rest day doing their Caminos. Despite being on major pedestrian street it is quiet inside. No... More

We had two nights in this hotel in Burgos. It has an excellent location, less than a minute from the cathedral and easy walking to anything else you want to visit. The room was small, but clean and comfortable with a generous sized bed and a good bathroom with an excellent shower. Wifi was good most of the time, the... More

We were a little concerned prior to our arrival due to the bad reviews as we had booked this hotel for location and not the reviews. This hotel was a delight. The rooms were small but clean and very comfortable, bathroom very adequate. Gloria the receptionist was fantastic as were the cleaning staff, nothing to much trouble. The location was... More

It's amazing how some people absolutely bag some lower priced hotels overlooking that we're not talking about the Ritz . This place is really great value as it is only a stone's throw from the Cathedral square where much of the action is The staff ( which you don't see much of ) is perfectly adequate for run-of-the-mill requirements .... In a nutshell: Issue 1: inconvenient check-in hours Issue 2: no consigna Issue 3: unhelpful and rude (at best, surly) staff Issue 4: seriously, no hand soap? We stayed here one night during a quick weekend trip to Burgos. While the accommodations were lovely (aside from the lack of hand soap in the bathroom, which is a personal pet peeve),... More

We stayed for a night on this hotel. It's located on a pedestrian street near everything, you can walk to all the sightseeing of the city. The cons were that the room hasn't heating and no extra blankets. The shower was broken and overheated the water.

Yes, the manager worries about those who walk the Camino de Santiago road... and that's actually a GOOD thing considering the widespread and well documented "bed bugs epidemic" associated with many walkers! We are backpackers who were NOT from/to the Camino de Santiago. The manager asked us a few questions, and when we assured him that we came from Madrid... More

We arrived in Burgos on our 20th day of walking el Camino de Santiago. We wanted a hotel after three weeks in hostels with shared baths. Ran into fellow pilgrims who had reserved at this hotel...good price, great location, a/c. We left our bags with them at the cafe and went and booked a room. Were told rooms would be... More

I first picked this hotel because its location, which is one of the few things it got going for them. I had a real hard time getting a response from them by email. I finally opted for just calling them and made the reservations with the caveat that I was transferring my luggage while walking the Camino de Santiago so... More

This Hotel may deserve a three star rating for its location but that is all, the room was so small we nearly had to stand on the bed to get past each other, the bathroom was also tiny, the front door, when opened only openers to the elevator, the reception is in the Bar, we have stayed in some small...
