I chose this hotel, partly because of the reviews but also because the staff have actually bought into the hotel and therefore have a vested interest in its success. The size of the hotel is quite deceiving as its built on a hill. The room we had was very comfortable and fantastic for the price. We parked outside the hotel... More

Thank you verymuch indeed!. I will not have to describe the parking facilities any longer as you did it perfectly for future guests!. That is truth this is a hotel that was rented by eight unemployed people that joined efforts during the crisis to safeguard our own employment... the only way to get a job in Spain during 2012!. You... More

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night and we couldn't ask for more. The rooms are nice and clean and have the essentials one needs. The location is also great, just 2 mins walk away from the escalators and a 15 minute walk from the railway station. What made our stay memorable was how Alfonso (one... More

Really happy to read so many nice things you experienced in the Medina Hotel, and happy also to check that our staff did their very best to satisfy your needs. This is the first & indisputable condition that we have to gather. Alfonso told us about you and your country of origin, and interestingly, the next day we received the... More

Very good location 200 meters from escalators up to old town (go towards P-garage-entrance). Rooms clean but very basic and small. ( Also doublebed and TV small!!) Good free wifi. Easy to find reasonable parking on the street. Don't buy their breakfast for 6 euro. You will do much better in any cafe or restaurant.

Thanks. You review will be taken into consideration for future improvements. Location (at 50 m of the scalators that take you to the city center and all a turist could need) is our very best, and it is truth there are hundreds of parking places in the surroundings. Our continental breakfast (at 6.00 euros) is composed of coffee, tea or... More

We booked late and there wasn't much chose left. So we trusted to previous TA reports but the cheap price had us worried. Once we arrived and got in the room we soon realised we worried for nothing.we found the rooms clean of a good size and later discovered how comfy the bed was. The location is first class just... I am really glad that your stay did improve your expectations about us. We also are glad that you liked the hotel and its location ... and I am worried to the fact that our daily rates made you doubt about booking or not, jaajaaaja !. If I tell you truth, from Sunday to Thursday the hotel is really cheap,... More

Hotel is situated within the old city wall and is ideal starting point for sightseeing the old city of Toledo. The hotel is a small family run business, accommodation is basic but comfortable, considering it is located within a busy area it is fairly quiet. Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, toast, croissant, marmelade or tomato , fresh orange juice, plus... More

Extremely good for the price which is surprisingly low. Nice staff (friendly and helpful), good location, clean and pleasant rooms. East street parking right outside and very close to the escalator up into the old city. Breakfast is extra but very good value.

Thank you. Your rating pleases me particularly because my goal is to describe the hotel as it is and not to create false expectations in future customers. As well as you said, the hotel is relatively new, clean, well located and connected to the center by escalators and there are large parking facilities nearby. I'm glad the staff was helpful... More

The hotel is very easy to find and not far from the train station. It's location is great literally 3-4 minutes to the centre (up the escalators). The rooms are well made for a budget hotel, decent shower, fridge, tiny TV but never used, didn't use air con either so not sure if it's any good. The bed was comfortable... More

A boutique hotel in a great location just an escalator ride from up to the old town. It is owned and operated by a family who aim to please their guests and couldn't be more helpful. Hotel is well positioned in old town easily accessible by car if you have sat nav. It's right next to escalator so getting into old town square is easy. This hotel does have a good story (run by a group of previously unemployed people) and is in a good location, but the photos make it look way better than it is. The hotel is very dark; the rooms very small and everything in the hotel needs updating.
