What a gem!! Greeted by the owner who helped us navigate the pedestrian-only entrance for our car, took in the luggage and directed us to the car park below. Best location in town. Within walking distance from all the major sights, an extra attraction is the evenings when all the groups of daytrippers from Madrid are gone and the street is more like a village where all the locals know everybody (including you) and seems to be actual family. Cheap, but ain't worth it. At the arrival, we learnt that the hostal employee was also (or mainly) the employee of the gift shop situated underneath the hotel. It means no service at all because she couldn't help at the hotel, occupied all day long selling souvenirs... The wifi didn't work and the area was so noisy we couldn't sleep.... More
