We spent one night at Casona de la Reyna fresh from the airport in Madrid. Easy to find by car, had very nice and accessible underground parking. Arrived early in the morning. Room was not ready yet, outstanding staff at front desk outlined key sites. The main heart of town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Spent the... more

My husband and I stayed at Casona for four nights and found the staff to be very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We had come from Madrid on the AVE train. Took a taxi to the hotel that cost about 6 euro but we found out... more

This hotel is located in the outskirts of the old town and is easy to reach by car. The climb up the hills until the centre of the old town is just a beautiful and interesting walk. We also had a very interesting walk from the Parador home to the hotel. Casona de la Reyna has a beautiful exterior. The... more

This is truly a nice hotel with a small number of rooms, great knowledgeable and friendly staff, underground parking. It is located next to the river in the edge of what use to be the Jewish neighborhood of Toledo. The hotel adds to the overall experience of any visitor. Everything is a short walking distance away. Great food and sights... more

We have just spent 3 nights at The Casona de la Reyna. The hotel is easy to find when arriving by car, it has a private garage (for a fee). We booked the junior suite, room number 1. The hotel is perfect in all aspects. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The... more

Casona de la Reyna was a largely satisfactory hotel for us. There were few signs of guests the weekend we were there. Our room was small and simply furnished but comfortable. The window opened onto the street that circumnavigates the old city and had a great view over the river. There was a fair amount of traffic at night but... more

This boutique hotel is a real find. Excellent rates, great location by the old city, easily accessible by car with enclosed parking, beautiful rooms with terrace overlooking the river. Breakfasts were superb quality, with a tremendous variety of fresh-cooked items. Per my wife (a professional cook and former caterer), their chocolate croissants were the best she had ever eaten. more

We arrived on a rainy evening and the hotel was easy to locate by following the directional signs with its name. Parking was available on the street next to the hotel and the staff was most welcoming and very helpful in providing maps and suggestions for good places to eat. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. This hotel... more

This is a fresh little place; cheery colors in our room, very quiet at night. After 3 weeks in Europe, I had caught a nasty cold, and this was a good place to rest. The location was good for me because it was far enough away from the touristy part of town to be quiet, and it had a nice... more
