The hotel is ok for a 3 stars but without any flair whatsoever. We had a misunderstanding with bookings.com which screwed up by offering a free breakfast for booking at this hotel and failed to honored it. After wasting part of our vacation talking to an outsourced service rep somewhere in Tim Bak Tuk, we had no choice but to... More

This is literally a minute's walk from the Renfe train station. It's a simple set-up, convenient for those looking to get right into the action and/or prefer to stay near the train station for the final day. Breakfast was okay, as were the rooms.

Our small family enjoyed our stay at Hotel Princesa Galiana. The walk into Toledo gave us great views of the city and allowed us to explore different ways of getting in and out of the city. Beds, decor and bathroom were all lovely. The air conditioning was pretty weak and the breakfast really didn't compare to other stops during our... More

The hotel staff was nice and helped us get settled. We unluckily were placed in one of the rooms with sloping ceilings, however we did have a skylight which was very nice. The hotel is clean, well decorated and nice. The AC in the room takes some time to get running. The breakfast was included in our bill and was... More

Just back from 4 days in Toledo with a group of friends, we booked this hotel via a Groupon offer and it was fantastic value. Lovely building, lots of character, rooms adequate. very clean with comfortable beds, helpful staff, but we had VERY BAD air conditioning problems, ie it was churning out hot air during temperatures up to 39oc outside,... The one big advantage of this hotel is that you are right close to the rail station (turn right and the hotel is on your left acrss the road). You can arrive from Madrid (35mins) on the last train, check-in, and eat at the perfectly good Chinese restaurant next door. It is also opposite the bus stop for the city... More

Nice Spanish style hotel replete with medieval knight at the entrance. The employees are nice and friendly. My room was cute and clean, and the hotel itself is a delight, especially for those into historical ambiance. I had upper-story views of the quiet little train station and golden wheat fields beyond. Their breakfast is decent, and there are several restaurants... More

I, sincerely, do not recommend this hotel. It´s quite dirty, the personnel he is not qualified, mainly the direction department, and is excessively expensive. The city is wonderful, but there are other much better options.
