We spent a night here - location was good but as far as comfort/convenience goes could be better. The room itself was small, and each room only has 50litre of hot water - I doubted it would be enough for us to take proper showers so we didnt risk it. Room was clean and hostess was very nice - although... More

Hello. Thank you very much for comment about our hostel. I feel that I do not much like it. Our customers if they have enough with 50 liters of water at 60 degrees. Hot water must be mixed with cold water and you would have 90 liters. All our customers have enough water. We are the most central Hostal Toledo.... More

Stayed here with a family of four (two rooms, two nights) April, 2014. We loved it so much! The location is perfect in the midst of the old city. The rooms were spotless, the beds and sheets shining. The rooms were quiet and white and blue with the old Spanish charm. The view from the windows were to the old... More

Stayed here for two nights while sightseeing the lovely historic centre of Toledo. The hostal is central and just off the main shopping street but it was very quiet at night - the double windows on the balcony were really effective at blotting out any street noise. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the basics with comfy beds.... More

Stayed here for two nights with my teenage daughter as we were visiting my older daughter who was au pairing nearby. Location is fab, right in the midst of the beautiful walled city and full of atmosphere. We took a short bus ride from Toledo station to Zocodover square (having spent the previous two nights in Madrid), then was just... More

This is a amazing place & the family that runs it... are super! About a block from the main square where everything happens & it overlooks the shopping street from above (don't worry its quiet). Our room was on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the shopping street. Lots of places to eat close by & able to... More

We stayed here for three nights in November, this was our first stay at a Hostal, if they are all as good as this we will certainly use them again, we had a lovely snug room on the top floor, spotlessly cleaned every day, not a sound to be heard of a night, great for me as a very light... More

There is little to add to LolaMadra's review below. We had a nice room (with balcony) over the Calle Comercio and had no trouble sleeping. There was excellent WiFi in the room and we made good use of it. You could drive to the door of the B&B during "off hours" but the Calle Comericio is a pedestrian mall most... More

We stayed here for the first night of our Spain trip. The hotel is located in the middle of the town. It was a little difficult to locate the hotel, but they had sent us the email with the direction and parking information beforehand. It is well signed on the street as well. The hosts were very nice and helpful.... More

LolaAnMadra's review is thorough and captures what our party of 4 experienced at La Posada de Zocodover on September 29, 2013. The owner was incredibly helpful recommending a breakfast cafe (La Pepa), escorting us to a shop that gave us a discount on some knives made from Toledo steel, and even volunteering to take us to our next accomodation when... Stayed here for one night in September and really enjoyed our stay. We met the owner ,who has reasonable English, and he gave us a map and a quick orientation and guide to the main attractions. We stayed in room 201 which was on the second floor and facing the busier Calle Comercio. Room is a little tight but that... More
