This hotel is absolutely stunning, from the views, to the room itself, the interior decor etc. The patio is amazing, and the customer service is really good. It is a very cultural hotel that really helps you to get a feel of the area. The front desk reccomended a really good resteraunt for dinner called La Orza that we never... More

When I first saw the location of the Parador online I was disappointed however, upon arrival I realized it is in a magnificent location on a hill overlooking Toledo. It was nice to explore the city during the day then return to the hotel for a relaxing dinner on the patio at sunset with a stunning view. Contrary to most... More

great view from the parador. you will find nice view as same as El Greko drew. however it is a bit noisy that is caused by group tourists from Eastern Asia. hopefully they stop taking a picture outside pretty early morning and have a good manner at breakfast.

We love the paradors and stay in them whenever possible. This one has a stunning view of Toledo. It is definitely worth visiting for the view. However, it has significant problems. Breakfast is fine but we found the standard of the other meals to be poor. The bar food is not good - the sandwiches are only available for a... More

We chose Parador de Toledo particularly for the view across the valley to Toledo. We were not disappointed. Our room had a breath-taking view beyond the pool over the vast city itself. The Parador is very well appointed. Our room could not have been better. The staff are Spanish - I never expect charm - they are courteous and efficient.... More

This is a hotel with an amazing feature - the view. We upgraded to a superior room and that gave us an amazing view of the city. The bar terrace and restaurant also have excellent views of the city.Yes it might be a taxi ride into town but we always found one waiting for the short journey down €7 and... More

Let's get the gripes out of the way first: 1. As mentioned in other reviews, some of the reception staff are a bit grumpy. Easy to say everyone has a bad day, but other reviewers have mentioned it too. Other staff were very pleasant. 2. Fabulous pool area and garden - all out of use. Okay, it was March, but... More

Only stayed for two days but that was enough to make me want to come back to this city and parador. You can walk the 4km down into Toledo or get a taxi for 10euro. This is one of the best paradors that we have ever stayed in. Had room 305 with a view over the campo and partial view... More

We stayed here to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and it was well worth the drive from Barcelona. We sampled the fusion meal (limited to 6 couples) and it was excellent with a tremendous selection of wines. Service was excellent and the bed huge and firm. Wonderful stay.

No stupid design decoration, no stupid music in the background. This place has a soul. elegance, discrete decoration, calm, wonderful panorama and nice breakfast. I didn"t have the chance to use the swimming pool but it looks perfect. I recommend this very authentic place. My only critic: the staff is efficient but very cold and austere. Castillan reserve I guess.... More
