Excellent location on a quiet square above a shopping street and 1/2 block from the Alcazar. Parking extra 14€/24 hours and within a few minutes walking. Rooftop terrace with bar during the tourist season. The roof, complete with tables and chairs, was open and a great location for BYOB wine and sunset viewing. Breakfast was excellent and included. The front... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, the location is very central. The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but the shower was very powerful, breakfast was ok. Remember this is a 3 star hotel but in our mind it was a good 3 star. We would stay here again. Some staff were... More

Dont let the outdated lobby scare you away when you enter. Yes, its looking a bit out of the 70s and in need of an upgrade, but the lobby is clean and not tatteed. However, the rooms and halls above have all been recently remodeled and they are beautiful. My wife and I arrived and had one of those rooms... More

It's always hard to review a hotel when your experience at check in was as difficult as ours. I hope it was just a bad day for the staff at the Carlos V. Any opportunity to help us acclimate to the hotel or this beautiful city was met with total disinterest. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was... More

Although difficult to find by car, once we were in, turned into a delighful stay. Very convenient to Zocodover Plaza from which signs directed us to the major sights. Service was excellent, breakfasts were filling, free wifi best in lobby but ok in our 4th floor room. Found the elevator to the terrace which provided spectacular views of sunset over... More

This hotel, is absolutely amazing, our room had an amazing view of the Cathedral. Breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting in Toledo.

I was traveling alone and arrived by train. I took the bus from the station to the Plaza de Zocodover and the hotel was just a short walk from there. Very convenient. The area of Toledo for sightseeing is easily walkable from the hotel. One can definitely get turned around in the narrow side streets, but you're never really very... More

This small hotel offers great views, close access to public parking (important to driving tourists), a reasonably spacious room with free wifi, a good breakfast, and an easy walk to many historical sites and a couple of Toledo's museums. It was easy to find, but unloading the car was a bit tricky because of cramped space. It appears that small... More

Hotel was clean and comfortable in a great location for touring historic Toledo. Very decent breakfast included in our room rate which was a bargain (November travel). Hotel has roof terrace for viewing city and has a bar which was not open when we visited. A good choice in Toledo.

Location is good, plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and coffee bars around, quite some really good restaurants nearby. It's very pleasant walking around after dark since daytrippers are long gone. Hotel has excellent breakfast, all kinds of varieties, cold and hot, more than we can take, Moorish deco in breakfast room is very fancy. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooftop... More
