We booked the Arco Deluxe room and really like the brick arches and walls and wooden beamed ceiling. The room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The location is good - within easy walking distance to everything yet easy to arrive with a car. Parking is available in the garage across from the hotel. I didn't find the front desk staff... More

Great location, incredible ambience and very helpful staff for starters. I travel a lot and this has to be one of my best stays. Wish I had several days to look around, not just one evening. Got to take my wife back for a visit. Toledo is an amazing and easy city to get around. This hotel is very well... More

We stayed here a Friday night for a meeting on Saturday. Front desk people were not specially nice or talkative so we had to ask for breakfast time and parking. Parking is narrow and dark, breakfast was in a tiny room, not very fresh or well cooked. Room was okey, although I had to clean the WC before using it,... More

I was surprised and delighted with this very charming boutique hotel within walking distance to the heart of Toledo. It is a beautiful renovation in a centuries old building across from an expansive park on a cliff overlooking a river and just down the street from the El Greco Museum and the Jewish quarter. The price included a lovely breakfast... More

Lovely ambiance - a combination of rustic and luxury. A charming hotel with sizable rooms, comfortable beds and large modern bathrooms. Very well located in the Juderia, right across the street from the Museo del Greco and one of the synagogues, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating, fluent in English, and helpful. Nice buffet spread for breakfast... More

My wife and sister-in-law and I stayed here in March 2013. My sister-in-law was a last minute addition to our trip and the hotel was very accommodating, changing us to a 3 person room very easily. The location is great for getting into the winding streets of the charming town, and the staff will direct you to anything you want.... More

We have a lovely time at Sercotel Pintor El Greco. The hotel itself had a rustic charm about it and it was within walking distance to all the sights in Toledo (most sights are better seen on foot as the narrow streets make driving more difficult and time-consuming). We needed to park our car in the carpark at the hotel... More

Hotel is perfectly placed for visiting Toledo. In old town, near Cathedral and El Greco museum and Tomo church.Rooms are up to date, clean if a little small, but staff are most helpful. Only negative ,was trying to make arrangement to book space in their garage, but persistance won out.Garage price well worth the hotels central position. Restaurant adjacent to hotel,"La Orza" ,absolutely excellent, dont bother... More

Traveling in Spain in November allowed us to be flexible in our itinerary. During the last two days we opted to forgo Madrid for Toledo and made last minute reservations here ( very good decision). The old city of Toledo is small enough that walking to/ from the attractions is easy and "getting lost" in the narrow streets should be... More
