This hotel is located on the south hillside, across the river, and behind the old city...but that is where you want to be for the best view of the city. I love this city. I lived here for 6 months back in 1989. I had never stayed at this hotel before but it was the cheapest option that looked decent... More

The hotel name is tricky, as there are three versions: Kris Domenico (old name), Cigarral Domenico and Domenico. Large and spartan-looking rooms, relatively old and somewhat clean (not changing bed covers between guests). Outdated bathrooms, heating not working in the bathroom. Poor quality breakfast buffet, restaurant heavily understaffed in the morning; go early to find a table set up, otherwise... More

knowledgeable staff, always ready to help. This hotel is situated a couple km from downtown Toledo, may be a 5 minute car ride. Quiet and enjoyable area, it has a fantastic view of Toledo (views based on our experience with friends from rooms 311/312) Decent price but could be better of course. Menu: A slightly pricy menu, we had a... More

Have stayed here for four nights on room only basis. En suite bedroom facing towards Toledo with beautiful views from terrace/balcony. Room well furnished, clean and having mini bar (containing just water), safe and tv. Beds comfortable, changed twice, bathroom with bath/shower, plus three piece suite, towels changed every day and kept spotless . Ample parking and lovely terraces with... More

No staff, rooms not clean, pool area dirty and does not open until 12pm, no drinks service around pool, just a vending machine charging 1.80 for a can of drink. We arrived at 1.00pm and had to wait 2 hours for room to be ready.

We stayed in Toledo 2 nights. We got a room facing the city as we were up a hill and across the river from "old Toledo", which made for a very quaint space as we were on the top floor. Spanish beds are far firmer than US hotel beds, but the room was very spacious. In room safe and refrigerator.... More

A hotel perched high on the hills overlooking the lovely city of Toledo. Difficult to find but well worth the effort. A truly excellent and luxurious hotel with marvellous service and food. Dinner was superb and such good value. This hotel needs to be shared with as many people as possible, a little treasurer. Try to get a room on... More

We have stayed at the Kris Domenico many times. It is located in tranquil ground with magnificent views of the city, and is excellent value for money. Rooms on the second floor are superior. During the summer months dinner is served on a fabulous terrace overlooking the city. I highly recommend eating here, the food is excellent and the restaurant... More

Stayed in the Kris Domenico at Toledo for one night on our drive between Marbella and Bilbao. Our sat nav found it without a problem. We selected this hotel because it seemed to offer good value, which it did and it offered good parking which it has. Our room was pretty basic but included everything necessary for a stop over....
