Quiet, comfortable room, excellent bed, bathroom, etc. Breakfast also good, and front desk staff welcoming and professional. Great location for seeing what there us to see of CR. Parking interesting, what with the lift, a little tight on entry, but not too difficult. I'd go back. (That's a solid recommendation).

Excellent price. Safe and cheap parking. Small but clean room. Reasonable breakfast. Great location for wandering around a most uneventful town. We found a great bar called Miami Park Restaurant that did excellent food, within walking distance. We stayed one night as part of a road trip, however, I would not recommend visiting the town unless you have to. Of... More

We booked this hotel along time in advance as a stopping off point between Madrid Airport and Cordoba. What a great hotel & very good price. Clean modern etc. Receptionist bright and cheerful. Because it at the start of a pedestrian street, GPS will not recognise it...so get your route well sorted out first. Car parking is available at the... More

We ended up in Ciudad Real for a night, on our way south, and this hotel was still open. It's actually a shame, that you can only choose between average and very good. This place is just good. Not, very good and closer to average. Room is ok. Very standard. Reception friendly. Breakfast fine. All in all it's a fine... More

We stayed here 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. It was cheap (about 37 - 45 € per night), very well located in the city center and the breakfast, for about 7 €/ person, was excellent. I recommend it. Our room was kind of small and dark, facing a very small courtyard between the hotel's walls, but it... More

To be fair I suspect the hotel was in their VERY off season and so the restaurant was closed and the air conditioning not working. It was chilly in Ciudad Real that evening (5 degrees C) and so the heating was ON. Our rooms faced a (very) small "courtyard" and so were hard to cool and refresh. It was very... More

The Alfonso x is perfectly situated in the centre of town. We had a very quiet and adequate room which was one above their basic. Although the mattress felt like a board when you sat on it, it was actually very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a reasonable selection of toiletries should you need them. The breakfast buffet was... More

This is place right in the heart of the city from where you have many possibilities just walking. It has a narrow parking but it is included with your room, so it is very convenient. Very good option for visiting all the interesting villages and nature parks in Ciudad Real as well as for business. The rooms are not very... More

Positives: Big bed Lots of goodies in the room and bathroom Great Location one minute from main square Huge balcony Very clean Either very new or newly rebuilt, Very buzzy town even in October, we went from here to Toledo and found it dead by comparison. 60 Euros good value Negatives: PARKING! You enter a lift that is very narrow... More

It is a really nice hotel and the staff is very, very friendly. You are right next to the market and everything is nearby. The downside to that is, that it often got noisy in the morning. There is wifi that you can use in your room with your own laptop. All the rooms are non-smoking, but they used to... More
