Stayed with family over 5 nights, very nice staff, welcoming, hotel very clean and cosy, bus stop to Santander 5 minutes walk, easy to get to the city and very cheap. Supermarket downstairs, fresh bread every day, one disadvantages no kettle in the room, otherwise lovely holiday.

Enjoyed our stay in the Hotel over 4 nights. Weather very warm for the time of year, air conditioning switched on by reception when requested and effective. Reception very helpful and friendly speaking good English and knowledgable about the region. Breakfast in the cafe good but buffet breakfast could be better. Restaurant not used, too many places to eat out!Recommended.

Only 2km from the N20 and 10km from the ferry, this is a decent spot to stop en route in or out of Spain. Big car park , very clean and well appointed rooms, quirky dining where a Fawlty type ushers you in at 8.30 precisely but good - bit pricey - food. Breakfast meagre and overpriced and not served... Used this hotel for the past three years as stopover for one night on arrival at Santander by car ferry. Located on the outer part of the town enabling an easy start the following morning. Excellent modern comfortable facilities, reasonable price, friendly staff, easy free parking, separate good restaurant downstairs for evening meal and breakfast. (And adjoining Shell petrol station... More

Motel style old-fashioned hotel at the outskirts of Santander (not really close to it). Avoid breakfast unless you settle for the typical poor quality cold stuff. Free wi-fi really slow & unstable. The air-condition was centrally managed, so not ideal for a hot summer night. Polite reception stuff though and the food at the Aida restaurant was enjoyable.

Others have correctly noted the good location, large rooms well finished, reasonable prices. Our ensuite shower room with huge shower was great too. There's a cheap Shell service station next door where you can fill up 24H. Useful! On the downside, this hotel seems to rely on Restaurante Aida (see my separate report), situated on the ground floor of the... More

We were very disappointed in the position of our bedroom. This was only apparent when we went to bed. It was directly above the kitchens and the staff congregated outside the kitchen door as often as a lull presented itself. From 00.30 they all seemed to be outside, laughing, smoking and generally making a nuisance. We had driven from Central... More

This hotel is excellent in every way. It situated just on the outskirts of Santander ideal for major roadways to other areas of Spain and very close to lovely countryside and coastal areas. Always receive a great welcome, clean and spacious bedrooms and very helpful staff. What more can you expect.

Stayed in this Hotel for 5 nights before my return to England. The rooms are modern and clean. My bed was made up every day and the maid was very nice. Reception staff were very helpful and Jose helped me out of a problem with a double payment I had made at a previous hostel I had stayed at. The... More

This was an internet gem. We just wanted a comfortable nights sleep before setting off westwards on driving tour. Bedroom and en-suite far exceeded our expectations, quiet, well presented and very comfortable. Friendly staff and our evening meal hit the spot. Departed the following morning after a very good coffee & croissant in the bar. Can't recommend highly enough to... More
