Boutique means small in this case. Room tiny, smelly bathroom with inadequate supplies and thin towels. No air con or fan available so can be very hot. Very average breakfast. Parking a nightmare when busy. Advantage is location opposite a pleasant beach.

We enjoyed a most relaxing week in this hotel. The owner and staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. While Las Brisas is a small boutique hotel it is is immaculately clean and the rooms have a cosy, quaint feel. The location is excellent- 2 min from beach and close by are a huge selection of reasonably priced restaurants. It is... More

The hotel las brisas is greatly located near el sardinero, literally 5 minutes to the beach. The place is quiet, elegant and comfortable. There are supermarkets nearby, and all the facilities. Bike rental was just at the corner. It was all perfect and the place is highly recommended except two notes: The en-suite bathroom was really small, and I almost... More

The owner charged in my bank account 30 euros extra for something I didn't do!!. He said I was responsible for some mark on one of the tables while I was cooking which I definitely didn't do it but I am an old woman and seemed very easy for him to accuse me, he said he would pay 30 euros... More

Great. I was on my own at the hotel for 5 days and i was made to feel safe, cared for and accommodated. location for the beaches, light house and Magdelena was excellant. The hotel was serviced by a number of buses taking you into the city centre in 10 minutes.

Picked this based on Trip Adviser reviews and we were not disappointed. Friendly, competent and helpful staff. Very welcome glass of wine on arrival. Room was lovely. Across the road from the beach but sadly weather didn't allow us to benefit from this. Breakfast was much better than usual Spanish fare. Lots of tortilla, meat, cheese etc. coffee great. Would... I was looking for a place close to the beach and a good price. Las Brisas certainly fits the bill.It is half a block from nice Playa Sardinero. The room is quite small but plenty of room for me, and a modern bathroom. Staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is a good deal.

There have been a number of very negative reviews a few months ago. I stayed last November. I asked for a room that meant I did not have to climb too many stairs with luggage and was given an excellent room on the ground floor. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had one of the best showers I... More
