Stayed here with a Brittany Ferries break. BF allocated the hotel. Very unprepossessing from the outside but a first-rate hotel. Staff very helpful, anticipated our every need. Excellent breakfast, lovely room. Drinks prices very reasonable on the terrace. Hotel ideally located. Hope to visit again in 2010. more

We stayed for two nights as part of a Brittany Ferries short break. Hotel suited us perfectly - helpful and charming staff, good clean room and very good food. Perfectly placed for a visit to Santander. Would recommend strongly. (Try to book a seafront room). more

Only stayed for one night prior to boarding Plymouth Ferry. Great hotel,friendly and efficient staff who speak good english. Rooms well kitted out and spotless.
