I booked my holidays in Puerto de la Cruz at Tenerife. I was disappointed just when got to the hotel, I realised that even it is claiming to be 4 stars it is hardly, hardly 3!!! Moreover service was so poor, that is makes you wonder who rates the hotels over there and how can you trust that rating. After... More

The hotel Bonanza mainly caters for German tourists. The interior design and decoration reminded me of the Crossroads Motel. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was a good size as was the bathroom. It was clean although we had an infestation of minute ants (mainly in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok to poor. Supposed hot food was... More

Under no circumstances stay at either of the three blue sea hotels. Awful food dirty rooms and unhelpful ignorant staff. I travel a great deal and this has been by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The hotels cater for Germans and Scandinavians and not British.

We purposely booked this hotel as it advertised lots of activities for children (dor various ages - which it had!!). However, the swimming pool was another story...... The children are not allowed to play ball, have floats (including rings / arm bands for small kids) or other inflatables. This seemed ridiculous as the rules were being enforced even when only... Bonanza Palace has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. On arrival I checked in and was given room 1544 in the Bonanza Palace and Palace it wasnt. The bathroom was so small the shower was behind the door and I had to get in the shower and then open the door to let the steam out, which... More

Went over Christmas to this resort/hotel, didn't enjoy it at all, beds were rock solid!! Had to go to reception to ask them to change the beds as I had springs sticking in my back! When they changed the bed they changed the wrong one! So had to call them again then they did it right! The bars in the... More
