Its a super average hotel that is far away from everything. It didn't help that from our balcony we had a life changing view of a motorway and a lidl supermarket. It does have pluses. These mainly come in the form of helpful multi lingual staff but thats about as far as it goes. For you're hard earned euro there... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a guided tour of the Canary Islands in March. Our room was large with a separate lounge - and a area with a small kitchen refrigerator. The hotel is built on a high hill right in front of the sea. The view from the large balcony of our... More

I went to Las Aguilas with a 70 strong research team which caused our initial problems. With so many of us, the noise grew quickly through hustle and bustle and the staff weren't particularly acceptive of this. They continually said we've had 10-20 noise complaints. If there are so many, rather than ringing us it would have been better to address... More

This is a large hotel with fantastic views. The rooms are big and clean with balconies. The ones facing the mountains get more sun than the sea facing rooms. The pools are very cold. The food is good with a very big selection at every meal. There is a free shuttle bus to the town several times a day, but... More

Currently based in the South of Tenerife my family and I have visited this hotel in the North of the Island a number of times, indeed I have written very positive reports on it before and also recommended it to a number of friends and family. Following a recent marvellous stay I must review it again. Wonderful big hotel suites... More

We stayed for 6 nights at the Las Aguilas on February during the Carnaval. I would certainly recommend the hotel as an excellent starting point for travelling in Tenerife. The room are very big with plenty of space for the luggages. We got a room on the 4th floor with a mountain view which was very nice. The breakfast buffet... More

This is a massive hotel. I chose it for its proximity to the auto piste, as we wanted to access the wild parts of Tenerife easily. This worked well, although it has to be said the auto piste is like being on the M25, which was a bit of a shock. The hotel disappointed us in that it was much... More

We booked a mountain view room ,but were lucky enough to be allocated a sea view room at no extra charge. Suite consisted of a bedroom with a king sized bed and a kitchen/diner with a dining set ,coffee table, sofa and tv table complete with rather elderly tv showing Spanish programs only. But hey! who goes to Tenerife to... More

This is a midrange allinclusive-hotell situated on the top of a mountain with great view over Puerto Santa Cruz. Its very big, almost too big for my taste and the feeling when looking at it is a hotel from DDR, pre 1989. Rooms are normal hotelrooms, clean and quite ok. Poolarea is nice. Food is very good with lots of... More

Very tidy room, much space and well equipped. Recently renovated means the walls and the tiling, not the bath, the windows, the beds (not too stable) and the floor tiling, which makes it all a bit shabby. The kitchen in our studio was not equipped, not a single plate, glass, fork &tc. We had the buffet only once and that... More
