Very tidy room, much space and well equipped. Recently renovated means the walls and the tiling, not the bath, the windows, the beds (not too stable) and the floor tiling, which makes it all a bit shabby. The kitchen in our studio was not equipped, not a single plate, glass, fork &tc. We had the buffet only once and that... More

This hotel has huge potential but seems to have given up and gone down the A.I. route instead. It is interestingly located high above the city on its own volcano, with wonderful views. Fortunately an excellent and punctual free shuttle bus connects it with the city centre during the day. You really wouldn't want to walk it but a taxi... More

We arrived on the 1st January early evening having booked the day before for a last minute all inclusive escape to the sun. Receptionist was relatively pleasant however ensured we signed our disclaimer saying no glasses allowed to leave the bar etc. Never the less we headed to our room. It was a twin room so we asked if we... More

Having read the reviews, I knew what to expect. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds. On top of a hill, up a winding road. It would take determination to walk down it! Fortunately there is a shuttle bus to town several times daily. Very handy. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of... More

Firstly I will just mention that I live in the south of Tenerife so unlike most of these reviews- the weather wasn't an issue for us but it's true, the north has a very different climate to the sunny dust bowl of the south. It 'suffers' a lot more cloud and rain but as a result it's green and beautiful.... More

If you would like somewhere SPECIAL to stay you must stay at this hotel in its suburb location and in one of the new PREMIER SUITES which are only bookable through the hotels own website. The premier suites are large – 3 rooms with every extra you could ask for and a balcony nearly 10m long which is accessible from... More

Stayed for just 4 days to celebrate our 41st anniversary. BTW, it's pronounced las Aggie-las! Pleasant staff, very clean throughout although the room furnishings look a little tired. Having said that, the beds were very comfortable. It's quite a stretch into town, so the free hotel bus was much appreciated. A taxi back in the late evening was just 6... More

Having had to move from our original hotel due to the poor standard, this hotel was a complete contrast. The suite was lovely and spacious and was exceptionally clean. The food was great, with good quality food, especially for buffet style eating, with a great selection. Poolside was very relaxing with an outstanding view over the town and as the... More

We stayed for a week in a sea view room. We had a room on the first floor and had a massive balcony overlooking the pool area and down into Puerto de la Cruz and the coast - amazing in the day and night (saw 2 shooting stars over the week from here). The rooms are suite style with a... More
