This is a massive hotel. I chose it for its proximity to the auto piste, as we wanted to access the wild parts of Tenerife easily. This worked well, although it has to be said the auto piste is like being on the M25, which was a bit of a shock. The hotel disappointed us in that it was much... More

We booked a mountain view room ,but were lucky enough to be allocated a sea view room at no extra charge. Suite consisted of a bedroom with a king sized bed and a kitchen/diner with a dining set ,coffee table, sofa and tv table complete with rather elderly tv showing Spanish programs only. But hey! who goes to Tenerife to... More

This is a midrange allinclusive-hotell situated on the top of a mountain with great view over Puerto Santa Cruz. Its very big, almost too big for my taste and the feeling when looking at it is a hotel from DDR, pre 1989. Rooms are normal hotelrooms, clean and quite ok. Poolarea is nice. Food is very good with lots of... More

Very tidy room, much space and well equipped. Recently renovated means the walls and the tiling, not the bath, the windows, the beds (not too stable) and the floor tiling, which makes it all a bit shabby. The kitchen in our studio was not equipped, not a single plate, glass, fork &tc. We had the buffet only once and that... More

This hotel has huge potential but seems to have given up and gone down the A.I. route instead. It is interestingly located high above the city on its own volcano, with wonderful views. Fortunately an excellent and punctual free shuttle bus connects it with the city centre during the day. You really wouldn't want to walk it but a taxi... More

We arrived on the 1st January early evening having booked the day before for a last minute all inclusive escape to the sun. Receptionist was relatively pleasant however ensured we signed our disclaimer saying no glasses allowed to leave the bar etc. Never the less we headed to our room. It was a twin room so we asked if we... More

Having read the reviews, I knew what to expect. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds. On top of a hill, up a winding road. It would take determination to walk down it! Fortunately there is a shuttle bus to town several times daily. Very handy. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of... More

Firstly I will just mention that I live in the south of Tenerife so unlike most of these reviews- the weather wasn't an issue for us but it's true, the north has a very different climate to the sunny dust bowl of the south. It 'suffers' a lot more cloud and rain but as a result it's green and beautiful.... More

If you would like somewhere SPECIAL to stay you must stay at this hotel in its suburb location and in one of the new PREMIER SUITES which are only bookable through the hotels own website. The premier suites are large – 3 rooms with every extra you could ask for and a balcony nearly 10m long which is accessible from... More
