Me and my partner visited in october 2009. The hotel was nice and clean and staff helpful. It was however quiet and not many people were there. Not many english people there. I reccommend the hotel it has nice continental breakfast which includes meats, bread boiled eggs, toast and yoghurts and fruit. We had a nice meal in the restaurant... more

A nice, clean and quiet hotel! Parking places can be found at the large parking lot near the old harbour (15 minutes walk from the hotel and free!) Follow directions towards Loro Park or Playa Jardin to find the entrance to the parking lot Friendly staff! more

Directions given by staff are very bad. It is actually where I can call downtown. When you are on Generallissimo avenue, he hotel is in the pedestrian street accross from Hiperdino supermarket. It took me 1 hour to park the car, only 5 car spaces for the hotel and Bambi hotel together. Very busy area. I wouldn't recommend this place... more
