Probably really worth 3.5. The hotel is currently undergoing a bit of referb, so could only eat in the restaurant on the first night then had to go to Canerife Palace for the rest of the stay. A number of rooms are also being completely gutted ie bathrooms out, internal walls out etc. so it may be better when completed.... more

I spent 4 nts at this hotel in Jan on a half board basis.The food,service and location were very good.People at reception were kind and very helpful.The room was enormous and very clean as well as being well appointed.Breakfasts were especially good.The evening meal was buffet style with a ggd choice.All in all i would recommend this hotel for people... more

A hotel which is long past its sell by date - blocked toilet in room - outdated furnishings and bathroom - overall definately a 2 star rather than a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was deplorable. My son jumped into the pool and was frozen to the bone - a considerable walk to the town below which is lovely. more
