The rooms were excellent clean and roomy with view of pool. Resort split over three hotels . Problem was had to cross Road to other hotel at lunch time. Alternatively you had the snack bar. This was big let down. Self service and poor repetitive choice of low quality food. You had to pour own drinks into plastic throw away... More

Stayed here AI for 9 nights, good value for money, spotless inside of hotel, maid service every other day, clean towels etc. fridge in room but no kettle. Decent hair dryer & very spacious. Basic TV channels free, but you can pay €20 per week for all channels. Food was good but boring after a few days, so we ate... More

We went for a week in August 2014, the hotel was great, food was buffet style and food for everyone, the room was great, two beds pushed together for us and a single each for the children. The room was made up every two days without asking, but did have a door hook that you could put on the door... More

Here's our experience: We arrived, family of 2 adults 2 children, one baby. Four start all inclusive, this should be fantastic! Check in: arrived 21:30 to book in. We were booked in given our rooms and wrist bands for all inclusive. Our brief on the hotel was as short as apiece of A5 handed to us, two room keys and... More

May 2014. There are 3 buildings in the resort - main, Bonanza and Interpalace (by the street). The complex is situated high abve the sea level. The walk down is about 15 min; up it could take even more as one must climb:) better use shoes than flip-flops. The city is really nice, with church and a port - so... More

Our room was lovely spacious and very clean. The meals were good there was something for everyone's taste. The all inclusive bar or hut was filthy, grimy and in need of new shelving and the floor needs to be deck scrubbed including the corners it was awful. The pool area was very untidy with plastic cups and cigarette buts everywhere... More

Stayed in April 2014 for 8 days in Bonanza. Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are big. We really liked evening entertainment :) There is big choice of food. I need to agree that restaurant staff is not really nice. During our stay we met excellent travel advisor, she was really helpful and friendly. She really organised our days in... More
