Nice Clean Rooms, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Plenty of Hot water. All rooms have basic cooking facilities (2 plate electric cooker) and a fridge. Fairly quiet location in Puerto - but on the main bus routes. Several, well priced, restaurants close by. Also Close to 2 Supermarkets. Basic but clean studio apartments on the busy El Botanico Rd from Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ie some traffic noise but convenient for buses). Rooms at the front overlook Mt Teide, those at the back on to the pool area. The studios contain basic necessities (2 single beds, dining table and chairs, plastic table and 2 chairs on the balcony)... more

The staff were rude and grumpy. The apartments were in desperate need of updating and decorating!!! The hallways were pitch black all the time making it diffcult to seen anything. Not much happening around the pool - bar was never open. Breakfast was gross and the reception stank of fish more

We booked a late deal holiday and were very pleased with what we got for our money! The appartments were clean and nicely decorated - had what you would want in there. hotel bar and restaurant looked nice (didnt get a chance to eat in there as so many other choices!)
