The hotel is generally good. It's a few yards from the sea front - our room had a balcony looking out to the sea. Good room, cleaned satisfactorily each day with clean towels always provided. Not a good start - Arrived off a late flight to unmanned reception desk! Following day asked for a seaview room and was given a lovely room the following morning. The reception area is a bit dated and unwelcoming but the dining room is great and the location of the hotel is the best in Port de la Cruz. More
