This is not a four star hotel. It struggles to be a three star. The whole hotel needs a make over to satisfactorly meet the three star standard. When you arrive you have difficulty in finding the entrance as the hotel appears to be housed behind and above a Macdonald 's Restaurant. Not what you expect of a four star... more

This hotel is right on the beautiful Lido at Puerto de la Cruz . i found the staff friendly and my room was nice.
