To the positive side: the hotel is clean. The negatives: The walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything happening around you. Really. Everything. The breakfast was ok. Not good, but okay. But the horror arrived with the dinner: first of all, you never know what you are eating. None of the foods names was displayed, not even if its fish,... More

Hotel was about average, great location, basic rooms, clean shower, food was good, but behaviour of older receptionist strange..no smile, no effort to speak in English and no effort to help much with anything if they find out you are not from Spanish or German speaking country. We stayed for one week, did a lot of trekking so we did not... More

Quiet hotel (inside only), rooms are clean and even spacious. Excellent location for city trips and nearby very nice beach (despite the fact that is in the middle of the city). If you stay in high season there is impossible to find place for car, you can prowl precinct as policeman, after a few days it is quite funny. But... More

The hotel has a good location, as it's close to the center of Puerto de la Cruz and to the sea. As for the rooms, the furniture is quite outdated, with beds being very noisy with every tiny little movement you do. This is what we found very disturbing. The downside is most of the staff members only speak spanish... More

We did not expect so much after reading some reviews. But what for a surprise! This is the cleanest hotel we´ve ever visited. Even the floor next to the outdoor swimming pool was daily wiped. Staff at the reception was very friendly and was able to speak both English and German. Breakfast was very average but there is nothing to... More

The biggest advantage of this hotel is location-near the ocean and black sand jardin beach, a few steps to old town with plaza del charko, bus stops and markets. Hotel isnt modern but quite clear, without questions. There are no AC and fridges - but it isnt neccasary if...you get "proper" room. The numer of room is desperately important in... More

Had a recent very enjoyable three night stay. Warm, friendly and attentive staff. Very clean. Spacious comfortable room. Wide selection for breakfast and a great location for exploring the town. Various roads and avenues from the hotel leading to Plaza del Charco abound with restaurants, bistro and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Fantastic value for money and in... More

Everyone at reception is very friendly, professional and very helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious enough. interior is very warm and friendly, the furniture is old. The air conditioning is fully functional and helps a lot! There are TV and safe. Beds very comfortable! Definitely a great value! The rooms are not expensive for what you get. In summary,... More

We stayed only one night on a visit of the island during Easter, which made difficult to find accommodation elsewhere. The hotel is basic and rather old-fashion but safe, clean and comfortable. It has a good location slightly out of the tourist centre so it is quiet and peaceful and yet within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It has... More
