Lovely large room, cooking facilities and 2 double Windows. Air con. Right in the historic centre. Spa area available for extra charge. Breakfast was very adequate. Staff polite and professional. Would stay again. Communal areas lovely upholstery.

We stayed for two nights while exploring La Laguna. Reception, the restaurant and cafe are in a separate building to most of the bedrooms and the Spa. The room we had was a good size and of a reasonable standard. The beds do move about as they are two single beds on wheels pushed together. My bed had moved in... More

This hotel earns it's four stars for the sheer fact that they do everything right and they are situated in one of the most beautiful little towns in Tenerife. We didn't really want our lodging in a place near the beach and full of tourists. This was a good getaway choice. The temperature is cooler up in La Laguna then... More

Very nice and courteous staff. Even though I arrived way much earlier than check-in time, they allowed me to stay as one free room was available. Room was very clean equipped with kitchen space (although you need to pay 5 euros to use kitchen utensils.) Place is close enough to Tenerife Norte airport and very close to taxi stand. A work-related trip brought us to this hotel, right at one end of the old town of La Laguna. The room (in the new building) was comfortably large and while we did not use that option, we appreciated the idea of kitchen facilities (dishes etc, cost a bit extra). The fridge definitely came in handy. Wifi wasn't really working, but... More

Great charming room in the old building with a great modern spa in the new building, it was worth to pay a supplement to stay in a superior room, elegant and with added values, you can rent the equipment for the kitchenettes as well if needed. The only service missing was the Wi-Fi connection (very limited with the present rooters)... More

We loved this hotel very much recently on two separate bookings; it has a lot of charme and character and is situated perfectly in the old town of La Laguna (UNESCO world heritage site). Very friendly and open-minded staff. At the Bar and Restaurant section, also locals enjoy to have a coffee or a beer which adds to the relaxed... More

I was in the new building, and my room was extremely cold at night. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing because there were not enough extra blankets and called down to reception who provided a portable heater. When the heating is stone cold, shouldn't the hotel anticipate this problem? I expected a traditional elegant hotel, a... More

Our flight arrived in Tenerife North Airport in the early evening and we were looking for a quick overnight stay before driving down south to the ferry for La Gomera. Laguna Vivaria Hotel & Spa was only few kms from the airport, and situated in a historical UNESCO site which was a bonus for our 1night stay! We were able... More

The hotel is very central, on a square at the end of the largely pedestrianised main shopping street, 10 minutes from the bus station, 5 minutes from the tram to Santa Cruz (and so a good hotel for Santa Cruz as well as for La Laguna itself and walking in the Anaga mountains). My room was in the main building,... More
