First impressions looked very nice, got parked ok, our room was in modern building next door, room ok, when I went to have a shower the dispenser next to shower was empty, I went to reception he said use one next to sink, so I had to walk in bath down to sink end to get shower gel, not ideal.... Our stay didn't get off to the best start, as the room we were allocated, in the annexe, stank of smoke added to which a guard dog tied up in the garden immediately outside our window was barking loudly for ages, so we asked to move. The manageress was very apologetic, and helpful, and we moved to a quieter, internal room... Our apologies once again for the inconveniences at your arrival, all our bedrooms are no smoking but unfortunately we cannot avoid customers smoking even if we tell them not to do so. We recommend that you book our Nobles rooms or Junior Suites, the ones located in the historic building for your next stay with us. Thank you once more... More

A lot off reviews tell us this is the best option in town. And it probably is. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean it's a great hotel. The location is good, the old & the new building are lovely and how you're able to take your breakfast outside at the square is how you wanna feel on vacation. Still, something is missing... More

This is one of the few hotels in La Laguna. It is the biggest one in fact and surprisingly there is not a huge offer around. Expect very good service and Canarian hospitality. There is a small cafe as well as a very good restaurant for lunch and supper. The hotel is in plaza del Adelantado, which is by the... More

The WiFi did not work in our hotel room. They close the gym at random hours, when it is supposed to be open. The water temperature in the shower changes without ever touching the tap – going from too hot to too cold. Stay somewhere else.

Hotel on the edge of town. Parking not easy. There are two large parkings nearby but these are extremely crowded. Hotel has two buildings, one reception. Wifi available, but not always operational. Nice courtyard visited by locals for a drink or cup of tea. You can have great meals as well. From the restaurant or from the cafeteria. (The latter... More

The exterior of the hotel is really nice. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special. The beds' matresses in the rooms are hard (matter of taste, but not my preference). The water temperature in the shower/bath difficult to regulate and reacts very slowly and with strong temperature fluctuations. Rooms had small kitchenettes with a table which unfortunately were useless as there... More

Coming into La Laguna by car from the south this hotel is very easy to find, it's pretty much the first building of note as you come into the town. The fact it has parking is also a big plus, there's a charge or this but I would definitely recommend taking it as getting a space close by can be... More

We were only here for 2 nights, but I wished it could have been longer. Ideally located close to the heart of the island's original capital. From the friendly and efficient reception we received to all the staff we met we were made to feel valued guests. Very comfortable beds in spotless rooms. Plentiful buffet breakfasts and beautifully prepared meals... More

La Laguna is small, and it pretty much has only this hotel. The hotel does a good job but it is most certainty what you expect from a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star one. I've stayed there twice in the last year so these are my impressions: - Room: I had a room at the old building and... More
