Placed right in one of the La Laguna's plaza, very near to all things to see/visit in this town. I have stayed in an additional building next to the main one and was quite disappointed on the room that had a "greenish"- type of kitchen in the apartment. WiFi was not very strong in the room so I was given... More

At €90 per night I expected more from this hotel! The room was OK - had all the lights worked it might not have been so dark, but it certainly had no character. We were in La Laguna for the Corpus Christie celebration, but the receptionist at the hotel had neither knowledge or interest in the timings and locations. We... More

This hotel opens on a pleasant, quiet plaza. The room was terrific and the breakfast totally fine. I've eaten two lunches here as well and those experiences have been superior with well executed service and a terrific blend of traditional and new cuisines. The bar is also very fine. Access to the historic part of La Laguna is an easy... More

This hotel is older, but has been beautifully refurbished. The rooms are large, some with kitchens. It should be noted that even though there is an elevator, many rooms still require climbing up half a floor. The wifi in the rooms is not strong. The breakfast buffet is fine, but nothing special, the location is excellent - right on the... More

We spent three nights at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable, although beds should be better for a 4 star hotel. Very well located in the historical center of La Laguna. Breakfast is OK. Staff are very helpful. They were refurbishing a room in front of ours, and they changed us to a different, better room, which was a good gesture.... More

The old building is charming and located conveniently for early am departures from the Tenerife North airport. The rooms were clean and pleasant, but old. The free wi fi was not good in our room in the annex. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served a fine meal in a very charming setting. There did not seem... More

We have just had three nights in La Laguna and my wife and myself both agree this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Central location and very handy for the excellent tram service to Santa Cruz. Very little traffic or other noise. Our room was in the separate building and was spacious, well equipped and... More

We stayed here for three nights as part of a Canary Island adventure, whilst we were waiting to get on a cruise ship out of Santa Cruz; it was a very happy choice. The first thing to note, and this is really what we liked about it, is that this is town-centre hotel not a 'holiday' hotel. What you see... More

We traveled around Tenerife and stayed here for 2 nights! We loved the massive rooms and Jacuzzi bath. Best food of the Holiday! Great value for Money, lovely town to wonder-around. About 40 mins to a nice beach by car. Free car parking outside although the locals will try and get you to pay!
