Stayed in Feb half -term (ours was 15th to 22nd)at the Hotels Apartments, which we were quite impressed with! Very spacious and the daily maid service was outstanding. Hotel was very nice, however the attitude and sheer rudeness of staff was staggering. I would not hesitate to advise all not to visit this hotel. The staff were rude,argumentative and always insitsant on having the last word when your concerns were voiced. Without doubt the worst experience of rudeness I have come across in years of travelling. more
