This is one of the worst hotels we stayed at. 5 stars??? It's ridiculous. I'v seen good quality 2 star hotel which are much better than this horror. OK, details now. Reception staff is rude, ignorant, unfriendly and indifferent. They gave us a SINGLE room instead of a double and didnt' even want to listen to our complaints! Rooms are... more

Ok hotel. Not really what I would call 5 star though. No tea amking facilities in room, no leisure facilities. They have an outside pool that was closed due to renovation. Noisy air conditioning. Great choice of items for breakfast though. more
