I booked a seven day break in a sea facing suite and was not disappointed with the position of the hotel and the location with a wide paseo at the rear and easy walking access to the town at the front. I did book half board and was slightly disappointed with the layout of the buffet and the attitude of... More

Two weeks in the sun, a bit of cloud and a bit windy at times but overall the weather for early March was great, 28deg on the day we left. As I am a wheelchair user all staff were excellent and very accommodating. The only downside for me was I was unable to use the stairs to get to the... More

We stayed at the Reina Isabel for a week in February and found the hotel to be wonderful. We had a fantastic room overlooking the beach on the 5th floor, and considering the limited amount extra you pay for a sea view room I'd say it is well worth it. The spa facilities are just lovely -a Dead Sea pool,... More

This is a wonderful city break hotel with all the attributes of seaside position. It does have the sea view balconies facing due west but the sun won't reach you till late in the day - especially in the winter months. The balconies on the opposite side provide one with morning sun but you must be a few floors up... More

Just about to return home, having enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The Spa has been a real bonus. The restaurant food, which has plenty of choice and excellent freshly cooked options, has added to the experience. Occasionally the bar staff seem overwhelmed by the work, but are always pleasant. Excellent position, right on the Playa de las Canteras.

Location very good - directly on las Canteras beach The lobby is impressive and the beach side entrance .We stayed here for 12 nights the room was disappointing - tired and poorly furnished and drab definitely needs refurbishment The balcony with sea view we had paid a supplement for but apart from the nice view towards Tenerife we had no... I stayed here for three weeks, two in a single room and one in a double with my wife. Both rooms were of a reasonable size, clean and comfortable, The single had only a shelf rather than a desk so writers beware. Both rooms overlooked the car park and a quite busy road; the hotel was full so upgrade to... More

this was a birthday treat to provide some winter sun. The sun didn't actually oblige in Las Palmas itself but the island has enough microclimates to meet anyone's needs. A warm welcome with running location tips, lovely large room (albeit feeble shower), great location, FANTASTIC spa and a feeling that you were valued made this perfect. Perfect example - we... More

We have stayed in Las Palmas several times before but this time decided to upgrade to the Reina Isabel. We are very glad we did as the weather has been most disappointing and we have spent more time in the hotel than we would have wished. Our room, at the back of the hotel, above the street, is very spacious... More
