Hard to fault this place but i wish they didn't extract the urine by saying things like "City View" which in fact means a fairly grimy office block a few yards away! That aside would have no hesitation staying here again. The views (not from our room!) from the top floor sundeck, gym and restaurant are amazing.

Decided we had had anough of drunk "Brits Abroad" so opted to go to Las palmas, away from the busy resorts of the South. I can honestly say the people of Gran Canaria have kept the best beach for themselves. 1.5km of Golden sand, seas not rough due to a small reef around 200 mts off shore. Beaches cleaned and... More

The worst with this hotel is that it is so hard to get a room when you want. That's the only bad thing. Good is the location, the breakfast and the bar outside along the walking promenade and coastline.

We stayed here in November during off season. This place may look a bit like a retirement home with all the European retirees here (consider yourself warned if you ever come on a low season!). The staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Special call out to Slvanna at the reception desk and Sofia from catering that made our... More

This was our fourth visit to this hotel, a long- time favourite, in the last fifteen years. Few things give us a bigger kick than relaxing on the terrace with a drink and watching the world walk, or jog, past. The hotel was always very good, but the cosmopolitan area around started to look tatty 5 years ago, so we were... It is categorised as a Four Star hotel and the Reina Isabel Hotel lives up to this by providing an excellent but always friendly service. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the beach and offers free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. We had a room at the front of the hotel and despite comments about noise,... More

My wife and I returned from this hotel a week ago. We had a side view allocated which was not that nice. I requested an upgrade for a sea view, unfortunately there were none left, but was given a room on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel, which was much better. The breakfast was superb, overall the... More

2 weeks with my wife at Reina Isabel. A good way to recharge the batteries before Winter. Hotel is very good. Breakfast and dinner was excelent. Service and cleaning also very good. Perfect location and a nice free spa. What more could you ask for.

From the moment you enter to the moment you leave the hotel was great. The staff were always helpful and friendly. They always went above and beyond the call. The hotel was nice a near the beach less then 30 second walk from the lobby to the promenade. The lobby also had inside seating for resting, reading or using the... More

This is our regular return visit to Reaina Isabel and it did not disappoint us. The staff we know is first class were still in place and everything ran smoothly as usual. The area was busy and the hotel was full - not one room available. Whilst the hotel is still going from strength to strength some of the nearby... More
