I stayed in Reina Isabel for a week, on short notice, to join some German friends who were also staying there. From the initial telephone communication with Yulia on booking, to saying goodbye when leaving I have never yet in my travels met such friendly, polite, helpful staff. The hotel is situtated right on the beachfront and one can enjoy... More

The hotel has an old fashioned feel about it and the staff are great. The room are of a reasonable size and at no time were we without hot water in the shower. The food, however, was not very good. Since we were very unlucky with the weather we spent more time than we would normally would in the hotel.... More

We stayed at this hotel for last two weeks of March 2015..This was our first visit. We were in room 602. The room was spacious and there was plenty of hanging space. It was well serviced but the interior looked rather tired. The view from the balcony was disappointing. It over looked the roofs of opposite properties in a small side... More

We stayed at this hotel first time and enjoy our 11 night’s relaxing holiday there. Hotel room was big enough and well furnished also there was many closets and the bathroom was good size. Slight criticism; room is quite dated, bath robes and safe should include the room price. The location is brilliant on the beautiful Las Canteras beach. There... More

I booked a seven day break in a sea facing suite and was not disappointed with the position of the hotel and the location with a wide paseo at the rear and easy walking access to the town at the front. I did book half board and was slightly disappointed with the layout of the buffet and the attitude of... More

Two weeks in the sun, a bit of cloud and a bit windy at times but overall the weather for early March was great, 28deg on the day we left. As I am a wheelchair user all staff were excellent and very accommodating. The only downside for me was I was unable to use the stairs to get to the... More

We stayed at the Reina Isabel for a week in February and found the hotel to be wonderful. We had a fantastic room overlooking the beach on the 5th floor, and considering the limited amount extra you pay for a sea view room I'd say it is well worth it. The spa facilities are just lovely -a Dead Sea pool,... More

This is a wonderful city break hotel with all the attributes of seaside position. It does have the sea view balconies facing due west but the sun won't reach you till late in the day - especially in the winter months. The balconies on the opposite side provide one with morning sun but you must be a few floors up... More
