10 days here was just right. We had a room for 4, but it was spacious. The twin beds pushed together were a bit too firm for me and the sofa bed would have been no good for an adult, but my 5 year old was fine. The hotel provided a good sized cot for my 2 year old. Bathroom... more

Our first night at this hotel was terrible. The food was greasy, overcooked and tepid. Breakfast wasn't much better with fried eggs overcooked and left on trays to go cold. The beds in the room were so hard and uncomfortable we hardly slept at all. After complaining to our representative Heidi, we were told the head chef was on his... more

This is the ideal hotel for relaxation. More than enough sun-beds for everyone around the magnificent swimming pool, which is pretty quiet anyway, but there is also a wonderful out of the way terrace overlooking the beach, the whole area being a veritable sun-trap. From the moment we arrived we were treated in a very friendly & efficient manner by... more

Just returned from our first visit to the Suite Princess. Having read all the reviews available didn't really know what to expect. Luckily arrived late in the evening after being delayed just over 2 hours at Manchester as we didn't get the full view of the steep roads with the sheer drops on the side until daylight. On first impressions... more

We've just returned from a great holiday in the Suite Princess. Thomson have it as a platinum hotel 5T. I'd say more of a 4*. The first week we were there it was very quiet easy to get in the resturant and a sunbed by the pool. The resturant staff are fantastic, very friendly. The rooms are a good size... more

This hotel was recommended to us, and I would certainly recommended it to others. Nice clean hotel with very spacious rooms, particulary if there were just two of you, ie the sofa bed wasn't needed for children, but even with the sofa bed in use, as in our case, it was still spacious. The food was very good, there was... more

We arrived in the hotel which has a lovely reception area and we were quite impressed, we normally go 4* any way and thought this 5T rated Thomson Platinum hotel would be a step up from what we usually do - HOW DISSAPOINTED WE WERE! Rooms were "tired", bed linen and towels were clean but old! Staff were very friendly... more

Good day. I have just come back from the Suite Princess. 6/6/09-13/6/09. The hotel was about ¼ full. Recession? Booked with Portland Holidays online. Significant savings on Thomson site even though the same company. Dress code casual. Read my Jandia Princess review. Agree with many of the comments on previous review. Sauna is acceptable with towels provided. Seemingly only used... more
