we were disappointed with the attitude of thomsons reps when we complained about the lack of sun loungers around the pool. either myself of my husband had to be at the pool by 8am to ensure we got 2 loungers. with 2 young children not always easy to do. when i complained to the rep she said someone would be out to remove the towels that were on loungers no-one appeared. we stayed on F block next to a busy road and next to a restaurant called the anchor every night at 10.30 the staff would empty the bottles into a skip this would go on for around 20mins (nice food there tho!!) reps were not very helpful when we asked about beaches in the resort they only knew where pirates cove was which is very rocky underfoot. the nightly entertainment was meant to be on from 8.30 - 9.30pm some nights it would start just after 8pm and be finished by 8.40pm thats when the reps could be bothered to show up one night a guest had to take the place of a rep and be thomson the dog!!! would not recomend... more
