Best: Even the location is a bit far from the center of Palma, i like it because is very quite and private. The breakfast is good enough to be a 3 stars. Employees are professional. Is very clean and rooms are comfortables. Worst: The pellows are really enoying. Rooms could be a bit noise.

Privately owned , in a residential area , 5 minutes to a bus stop (1.50 euro to the city), friendly staff, enormous bed, all OK There is little wrong with this Hotel BUT, book a room with a balcony you won't regret it.
