The hotel San Lorenzo remains a quiet little hidden gem in the middle of the Old Town in Palma. The rooms are kept clean, charming and comfortable. The A/C works! The little pool is great for a middle of the city retreat. Close to everything and a great staff.

We stayed at the San Lorenzo for 2 nights. It was kind of a self-service place - staff was not visible at all times, the lobby was usually unmanned, and the bar was always empty.
