This was a perfect hotel for me my mum and sister who booked mini. Break to the lovely capital city of Mallorca . Whilst the hotel was very modern the service was good old fashioned quality where every guest was made to feel personally welcome, especially the young bar staff who worked tirelessly serving drinks and food on the roof... Hotel very well located and with fantastic service. We've been a group of girls for a long weekend and their support with the logistics was remarkable. Great recommendations for local restaurants as well as fantastic support in the organization of a one day boar trip! I'll repeat with no doubts.

Location perfect short walk to city centre yet very quiet had a room with only shower would have requested bath had I known as were available staff helpful and hotel had every facility required ie wifi room service mini bar safe beautician pools and bars

Second stay at this Hotel in two months and thoroughly enjoyed it, again. The suite was brilliant, the pools vibrant and the staff were helpful. The Jazz Bar/restaurant however, was chaotic, understaffed yet still served great food.

This has the potential to be a fantastic hotel - its in a great location in the centre of Palma but it just falls down on so many points.
