Arrived with 5 friends for a short break. There was a mix up with our booking as we had booked through an agent and they hadn't confirmed our rooms. Reuben who worked at reception was very helpful. He contacted the agent for us and did all he could to help. We finally got to our rooms and were very impressed.... More

We stayed here at the end of our holiday break before returning home. Only a short distance from airport so a good choice for a stay at beginning or end of a holiday. We had a junior suite on 9th floor. Lots of space and good view over the city to the mountains. No outside space (balcony etc) which in... More

We were given a first floor room, with an excellent view over a carpark and right above the kitchen (which, apart from the aroma, also produces a tremendous amount of noise after 10pm, when the staff is washing and storing the dishes and utensils). The breakfast: average, at best. Powder eggs-like omelette, greasy fried eggs, various sausages and similar stuff... More

we stayed 4 nights here in April. The rooms were a medium sized, well presented and with air con. The pools are more for dipping than swimming but are ideal for a cool down after a day on the move. What made this memorable is how friendly and helpful the reception staff were. Advising what to visit, what buses to... More

Stayed here with 2 friends for 3 nights. We'd paid for 3 in one room (requested 3rd bed in advance of course) but it was simply a very hard, low small bed put against one of the walls with one end to the desk. We were placed in the 'Spa building' (across from main building) which the receptionist enthusiastically informed... More

Nice rooms, curtains were thin (more like net curtains!) so did let lots of light in the mornings. Also some noise from barking dogs. A very good breakfast with everything you could wish for! There was also a section with various bread, meats & cheese which was more than enough to make yourself a sandwich for lunch if you wanted... More

I really don't know where to start, this hotel has everything you could possibly want from an hotel. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and informative, our room was excellent, decor was beautiful, shower amazing, complimentary toiletries, flat screen TV (if required), tea/coffee making facilities were a bonus, lovely balcony with a view of Bellver Castle. Breakfast was... More

A nice and relaxed hotel situated 20-25mins walk from the old town of Palma, the walk is very nice along the front past the harbour and plenty of Cafe's if you need to stop off. The hotel facilites are good, a nice pool area with a little bar and food kitchen, with the main bar and restaurnt just behind you.... More

Having gone to the wrong hotel to start with, turning up at the right one made up for it. Great receptionist who explained everything to me, I forgot I booked half board. Even though breakfast started at 7:30, you were allowed in at 7:00 to help yourself. Nice selection as you would expect from a buffet and eggs cooked to... More

This hotel is in a residential neighborhood, past Santa Catalina and a couple of blocks from the marine promenade. 15 minutes walk to the restaurants and boutiques in Santa Catalina, about 30 minutes to the cathedral. Beach is a local bus option. Annex is newer than the main building, some re-refurbishment work was in progress in the main block. They... More
