We stayed over a weekend and had a very nice experience. The building has been recently restored with a very modern and sharp design, it is not a "bed and breakfast", but a signature designer hotel. We stayed in Vitoria for the Fiestas de la Blanca and could not have found a better place to stay. For the price this is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Spain. This gorgeous new B&B is more than a boutique hotel than a B&B (as they call themselves).
