Clean tidy rooms but lacking basic services, ie drinking water not even available. Would suggest leaving a couple of bottles in rooms for guests. Very good location, central to everything & reasonably priced. Place across road serves good breakfast. Staff nice. Lot of large fake ornaments about the place & inclined to take up too much space in the corridors... More

This hotel is in Pinxto street, best part of town to stay in. There is no bar, restaurant or lobby to sit in. The room was small but fine for a couple of days stay, longer I think you would need more space. Also the walls seem very thin and there was a lot of noise from rooms next door... More

I stayed here for two nights and loved the place. Great location near everything and helpful staff who helped organise a bike rental for the day (highly recommended). Directly across the street is great Pintxos bar 'Usokari' And the room has a fantastic power shower.

This is a very good hotel if you are travelling on your own to Vitoria. I have stayed here twice and feel it's great value for money. There's no breakfast room but this isn't a problem because the location is right in the middle of the city and just across from the hotel there are a number of cafeterias. It's... More

Hotel is convenient located, and has own character with all this amper style. for my taste is it a bit too much antiques, but it makes it different from any other place. Absence of breakfast is compensated by speed wi fi

This was a kind of ok-place. Small but comfortably room. Very small and uncomfortably bathroom. No breakfast at the Place, but decent cafe just opposite. Pretty friendly staff, but notning more. Spolers clean. Quiet. Problems with wi-fi connection, that disappeared now and then. Bed was to short for normal people.

The good old (emphasis on "old") Michelin red guide suggested this hotel to us - the hotel was recommended back then by Michelin, and it's still here, so it can't be all that bad we reasoned. A perfect location, right in the centre of the town on a pedestrian street. So be warned, you won't get a car out the... More
