A former card making factory, with some cards designed by Salvador Dali, it has a wonderful central atrium, ironwork balconies and a glass lift. Great rooms and very close to the old town. Shame we stayed just one night

Silken hotel chain is reliable in Spain. The hotel is very near the centre and the area is quiet and nice. Rooms are quite small and need some refurbishing. It would be a nice idea to paint and update the rooms little bit, and improve the lightning also. Breakfast is well maintained and staff is very friendly.

A good quality hotel, particularly for the price paid. Rooms were a good size with a large king sized bed. The hotel throughout was very clean. There was free WIfi available in rooms but with limited access - you could pay to upgrade to a more comprehensive service if this is important to you but we found it fine for... More

We stayed here for two nights on a bed and breakfast basis whilst touring the Basque country. The room was quite spacious, and the bed large and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy enough, and the usual toiletries were supplied, including toothpaste and a tooth brush. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We chose to use the free internet service... More

Nothing super, nothing bad. An average hotel located downtown to Vitoria. Giving access by walk to all the central places of town like market, restaurants etc. The rooms are clean, comfortable as most of this type hotels all over Spain. Reception staff are always very helpful giving all the information you need. Basic is the correct word for the type... More

Hotel has a good location in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Room was well furnished and comfortable. Easy to walk to several bar-restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Standard wi-fi was quite slow in this two-night stay. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful--example: providing a city map and recommending nearby restaurant choices.

Nicely located in the city of Victoria, you can reach all the central attractions and businesses by foot. Room was clean, recently renovated. Breakfast was normal, basic offer. Downsides have been Wifi, with extremely weak signal, while I was located in a quite central room. And, rooms are not very well isolated, quite some noise during the night. Would probably... More

Stayed at the Silken Vitoria for 4 days in January and have to say that it was a bit basic and I was in business class. Im used to Silken hotels and use them quite a lot but more for location than comfort but to be fair they do exactly what they say on the tin! Firstly the good… Great... More

We stayed one night in this hotel, and had a good time in the city. The hotel was walking distance from everything, without being in the thick of things. The morning we left, our car parked in the garage would not start (we had left the light on inside, we suppose, because we later realised that the hotel staff had... More
