The hostel has moved to another address (Mayor 6 - there is no sign with hostel name on the building, it is written only on doorbell) so all pictures you can see on booking websites aren´t current ones. Location is perfect but it is maybe the only strong positive. Rooms are basic with creaky beds, thin walls and no lockers.... More

My partner and I stayed in a mixed 4 bed dorm and we enjoyed our stay. The hostel had just been moved to a new location, and it was in a safe and secure block. You walk out of the hostel and you are right in the centre of San Sebastian, with the beach, bars, tapas and main boulevard all... More

Ok, we had an absolutely awful experience at Betianayak. By far the worst accommodation we've stayed in across all of Europe. - We arrived at the time we advised, and were told to come back in 3 hours, as all their computers were down and they had no record of our booking. - We came back and were told that... The photos on the website showed a cozy hostel with personality. That's true. What the photos don't show is that the hostel is quite dirty. There are two dark, gross bathrooms. We didn't try the breakfast because of the cleanliness issues. It is very centrally situated and quite cheap though.
