We had lunch there one day and chose the menu of the day which was about 14 Euros. There was plenty of choice for all three courses and the portions were large. The chilled rice pudding was wonderful. Attentive service and very good value.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights following motorcycle ride across Spain. Ezeiza was the perfect ending for our trip.. A stones throw form the beach and nice walk or bike into the old town for the night life. Room was clean and the staff helped us with all or questions. The restaurant was always popular and food was well... More

we stayed at the hotel for the second time, in the best room with the best views again. We have family in San Sebastian, and it was the perfect location. Our niece joined us from London and she enjoyed the hotel also. The rooms were clean and the staff were terrific. It is great value, and the location is perfect... More

If you like to walk, the location is great. The promenade to old town is gorgeous. Clean rooms and thoughtful, welcoming service from a top-notch staff. Highly recommended, great value. Save on hotel to splurge on meals.

You must ask for and get a room with a view. I think we had room 309. The view cancels out all the negatives and becauce of the view I would rate the experiece as good. The negatives are that its a 30 minute walk from the main action (that is not necessarily a negative because its quiet), no min... More

This hotel is at the far end of La Concha beach. That means it is 30 minutes walk from the old town. But what a beautiful walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English. The room we had faced the beach as I think most do. It was clean and spacious. You can hear the waves... More

San Sebastian (Donostia stands in front of two wonderful beaches. At the very end of the biggest one (la Concha) there is this swiss stile hotel. We were not aspecting much from a 2* hotel, but we were wrong! First of all, it is a modern structure, well organized, clean; the receptionist very friendly and professional, the room big enough,... This hotel had everything you needed. The rooms were big, clean and there was a good shower. It was a pleasant walk along the bay to the Old Town and very peaceful. However, what impressed me most was the staff, who were very helpful. There was one member of staff who booked our bus travel on her credit card, when... More

Stayed for 4 nights in July. Older hotel but is right on Ondarreta beach. We had the front room on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach, which has a fantastic view. It is about 15 minute walk to La Concha beach but the action ( bars , restaurants, entertainment ) is all in the Old Town which takes about 40... More
