We found ourselves in San Sebastián without a place to stay and found Pension San Lorenzo on the Internet. For 90 EU it had its own bathroom but shared toilet, but the shared facilities were spotless and with all the necessary supplies. this pension is well situated in the heart of the old town of San Sebastian, but its quality is very poor for the 65 euros a night that it cost us, very small room barely large enough to fit the beds in ,a tiny ensuite was provided but its fittings are very old and of poor quality, the shower head... We didn't actually get to stay in Pension San Lorenzo. However, when trying to book a room for 2 nights, we were greeted by a very rude woman on the phone ( the reservation attempt took place in Spanish) who said there were rooms available but she would not make a reservation as we were arriving at 20.00. The owner is really nice, the place is clean and well kept, and rather cozy. The prices are good, and the location is perfect.
