very well located, two blocks away from the beach, it's an amazing deal. The 3 guys at the reception were all helpful and friendly and the breakfast was simple but filling... of course parking the car can be quite an expensive issue in San Sebastian, be ready to pay at least 18 euros for one day... overall, i found the... We stayed here for four nights and got a very good deal via this website (255 euro including breakfast). The room was smallish but more than enough for our needs. The bathroom was small but again more than adequate. Both were spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast was assorted breads, pastries, cold meats and cheese -and sometimes fruit and yoghurt... More

We chose this hotel as, according to the several opinions read, it could be the best option for price/quality. When we were walking towards the hotel we saw the direction signals of others hotels showing 3-4 stars and our Zaragoza Plaza was the only one with ONE lonely and poor star. Basically, we got scared. We spent only one night... More

Stayed there for two nights back in April. Will give it three stars because of the location, and because the staff was friendly and helpful whenever they could be. However, the room was minuscule (and the walls paper thin), there was no wifi throughout our stay (despite trying different locations in the hotel and repeatedly asking the reception staff -... More

Stayed here recently for 1 night and although I was trying to travel on the cheap I thought I'd pay a bit more for 1 night! Unfortunately overall I think it wasn't worth it and it was quite expensive! Communal areas were nice but the room was a bit tatty and there was something growing on the wall and roof... More

We had to stay in San Sebastian last year and had a terrible time as the hotel was horrible. This time passing through it was brilliant. All thanks to this great little hotel and its excellent staff. It was excellent value for an over priced city. It has restored of faith in this city and so we will go back... More

Stayed at the Hotel Zaragoza while in San Sebastian. Great location, 2 blocks to the beach, 5 minute walk to Old Town, Hop on Hop Off bus stops across the street. Rooms were a little on the small size, but this is also a small hotel. The staff was great especially Margret who gave us suggestions for pintxos (tapas) as... More

San Sebastian is an expensive city. So the price is not cheap. However, compared to other hotels and hostels, I would choose this hotel if we go there again. Location is great. Breakfast is satisfactory. Rooms are clean. There is TV and Air condition.Staff is helpfull. I hope they will put a safebox into the closet. It is quite necessary... More

My boyfriend and I had originally planned to stay somewhere else, but when we got into San Sebastian our plans fell through and we had to find other accommodation quickly. We debated splurging on a fancier hotel in the center of the city, but after reading the good reviews on Hotel Zaragoza, we decided to give it a try. First... More

This hotel is well located. We booked two single rooms that were frankly - tiny. However they were surprisingly comfortable and we got a very good nights sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was disappointing and over all is was slightly expensive for what we got.
