All areas of the hotel worked well, check in, reception, the bar and restaurant. It was clean, good bathroom, comfortable beds and quiet spacious. Staff were efficient and helpful, we did not have a set breakfast but opted for just a coffee and sandwich for breakfast which was tasty and served with a smile. There was parking at the front... Location The hotel is located in the calm, but distant area quite far from the city center of beautiful San Sebastian. Reachable by car or by taxi. For extreme explorers, there are some buses, their stops are rather distant. Never tried bus from the hotel, it will almost inevitable lead to loss of 30 minutes of time for going to... More

Our stay here got off to a bit of a sticky start as we’d requested a few times (and well in advance) a quiet room on a high floor with a balcony. As it was, we were allocated one on the first floor with no balcony and right above the (rather excellent) busy café. The hotel was full so we... More

Very bad experience! Mikel or Michael as he called himself was very inappropriate towards our daughter. Manageress seemed uninterested! Breakfast is terrible and left my wife feeling sick for the rest of the day. If you want a nice pleasant stay, don't come here!

Reception staff excellent as well as the staff on the bar also used for continental breakfast. Didn't use the restaurant but continental breakfast very good value. Room somewhat basic but very clean though a little spartan. Wall mounted tv's not a good idea ! - had to complain re tv noise from next door. Sorted but annoying and some sleep... More

On the plus side, the hotel is very clean and the reception staff are very friendly and efficient. However, the hotel is really basic and definitely not 4 star standard. My room was really big and really empty. The decor is bland and the rooms lack the finishing touches that make a good 4 star hotel. The bathroom was really... More

Great stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodation and location are great, situated just outside of the town a 20 minute walk will get you to the main shops, beach and the old town, alternatively the numbers 19,G1 or 31 busses will get you there in 5 minutes for 1.35 euro. Would suggest getting a... More

Easy bus ride to the town centre. My issue was with the breakfast. Our booking included buffet breakfast at the restaurant. However, they only had one staff member for seating people/ clearing tables/ replenishing the food etc. this staff member was so busy I saw some people having to standing in line at the entrance for about 15minutes until they... We stayed two nights and had a great time. It is a bit of a walk, but at least that means you get to see sweeping views of St Sebastian on your way into town each day! Taxi back cost about 7 euros. You can get a continental breakfast in the hotel bar/cafe for 6.70 euros, worth it. Plenty of... More
