Really great place to relax and just be yourself. When we came to Parma Hotel, there were free aromatic towels everywhere. Room was clean and it had a happy vibe. It has an easy walking distance to all the great locations in the city. The only thing that bothered us was slow service. But overall i liked it.

I spent a few days recently at the Hotel Parma. It is well located in proximity to the Old Town and with great views across the river to the surf beach. What stands out for me is the quality of sleep. I had a window open and I could hear the sea pounding, but I think the ozone made me... More

We stayed two nights here in early October and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They gave us suggestions for eating locally and for types of local drinks to try. It is within walking distance of the old town and the beautiful bay. There is something very homey about this hotel. It is not for people... More

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved the location - right by the Atlantic and the riverfront in San Sebastian. It was easy walking distance to pretty much everywhere in San Sebastian. We did not stay in a "view" room, so got a great price. The receptionist was extremely helpful with maps and recommendations. Parking is available for... More

Hotel Parma is in a great location, right at the eastern end of the long walk along San Sebastian's waterfront. Rooms are adequate, basic and clean; price-wise this is a good value compared to others in the area. If you are driving here, parking is a trick. You'll find one reserved spot at Parma's corner where you can park while... More

Perfectly located just a few minutes from the old town yet very close to the beach. The room was ok, quite old fashioned interior but clean. The wifi didn't work in the room, only in the reception. Breakfast only acceptable, but quite expensive (not included in the room rate) and no baby chair available. We were in San Sebastián for... More

This gem is on the water in an ideal location. (3 blocks from the Santa Cristina). Friendly, helpful service. The rooms have been recently re-done with new drapery, carpets and bath. Nice sheets and towels. The decor is nothing fancy but it is SO comfortable. My husband and I have been back 2 times and will return for our next... More

san sebastian is real busy most of the time, so typically a lot of the hotels seem to be quite expensive and not too amazing. this hotel was pretty good, clean, ok breakfast, what made it stand out was how nice the people there were. nothing was too much trouble to help out, including safe storage for our bikes, taxis,... This hotel seems expensive but compared to others in the location it is reasonably priced, if a little basic in amenities and room size. It is ideally located for bars, restaurants and shopping and was perfect for our one night stopover on our journey to Portugal. The staff are very helpful and friendly the most helpful I think we ever... More

A modern, well equipped and comfortable hotel in a great location (positioned right on the coast). The receptionist couldn't have be more helpful. A real professional. Will definitely stay again. Note parking can be a bit of a problem in the area (i.e. the old town). If you arrive before 4pm or after 9pm you're more likely to get a... More
