We stayed here with an Intrepid Travel group tour. The room is clean but extremely basic: bed, towels that are nearly threadbare, soap. It is located about 10 minutes by bus from the old town, or a 25 minute walk. Pluses: lots of electrical plugs, strong wifi, clean, probably inexpensive. San Sebastian is quite beautiful, so I was really surprised when the group tour I was with put us up in Pension Maite. The building and rooms were dingy, and overall the rooms felt very damp. From the outside you can see that the place is dingy. Once inside and up the first flight of stairs you can see that there was an attempt to improve the facade but the basics have not been met.
