Hotel Niza is a lovely boutique hotel. The elevator is a relic but very charming! Our room was just lovely and felt quite luxurious with pale gray walls, and crisp blue & white curtains blowing in the breeze of the open windows. Comfy bed and nice linens. Very clean. We were on a higher floor and overlooked the beach. it... More

Travelled here for first visit, long weekend. Good quality small hotel, right on the prom, overlooking the beach. Only a short stroll from all the main action; ie the old town pinxtos (San Sebastian tapas) bars. Didn't try the food, but the restaurant was always busy, and anecdotes were fine. Bar was ok, though; if the service was a little... More

This is a very old and vintage hotel in the hear of San Sebastian on the beach. It is clean, cozy and safe. I spent 4 nights there traveling with girlfriend. Breakfast is great and so it the beach. Book a year in advance if you plan on going in September during the film festival. You can walk everywhere. Can't... More

Hotel Niza is a very old hotel, however, it is updated very nicely. The hotel has great views of the beach and would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting San Sebastián in Spain. The hotel restaurant and lounge are very good and you will not be disappointed with either breakfast or dinner/Tapas. The lounge wait staff in the... More

This is a small hotel, not pricyat all, a block away from the Hotel de Londres, it has the same beachfront, the same view. Rooms are nicely decorated, blue and white not very big but sufficient. People are very nice and they have a Breakfast/Bar/Pintxos room in the back (beach view) that offers simple but very food. Next to the... More

We had to transfer here after our so called luxury hotel (Londres) was a dismal mess. The people here are lovely the communal interiors and cafe stylish and comfortable. The service highly personable and friendly. Although the rooms are not nearly as elegant as the reception they are clean comfortable and smart enough. If I have one gripe it is... More

Brilliant location right on the the beachfront. Would have liked a sea view room but street view still very bright and spacious. Need to book earlier next time. Excellent value for money. The lift is, as the other reviews say, very old but adds to the charm. My only complaint is that the noise of the lift doors being shut... More

When we checked on Hotel Niza, the information indicated that pricing was the same for street or ocean side rooms. Hence, to request an oven side room when making reservations is advised, but it's 1st come, 1st served. We did make that request, stating our source of information. We understood when told us that we were in a street side... More

Although this is an older property, the room was updated and well appointed. Very nice bath and a comfortable bed. Great wi-fi. The hotel is on the La Concha beach and quick walk to both the old town and commercial district. As we checked in, we asked to extend our stay, and the receptionist went so far as to call... More

San Sebastian is a very special place. Hotel Niza is in the middle of everything. Our room, with a balcony overlooking the bay (playa la kontxa), allowed us to appreciate the intrinsic beauty of this region. It's enviable location is central to shops, restaurants, attractions and markets. The hotel is clean and well managed and its restaurant, Narrú, is very... More
